The first thing that hit me about this place was the smell. It smelt like damp.
"Where is Adam?" I asked as Declan moved me round the house.
"You will see him shortly" he laughed "you need to be patient flower, I want to have a bit of fun first.
"This wasn't the deal" I huffed
"What do you care about him anyway?" He asked staring into my soul
"I don't baby but I don't want someone being shot" I said rolling my eyes.
"Good" he huffed "now I know where you work so come here"
"I swear on my life the rest of the unit don't even know I'm here baby" I whispered as he patted me down checking for wires.
"I still need to check you aren't bugged" he mumbled. "Now you need to put this one"
"I'm not being blindfolded" I mumbled.
"Yes you are" he snapped tying the blindfold on leading me somewhere.
Once the blindfold was off my heart broke, seeing Adam chained to a wall, blindfolded, gagged and his face was bloody. Even through the blood I could see bruises forming.
"What did you do to him?" I asked taking it all in.
"Had a bit of fun, you know how I work" he shrugged as he moved over to Adam pulling the blindfold off.
As soon as he opened his eyes I shot him a look to say things was gonna be ok and just play along.
"Well well we'll, you said she wouldn't come and what do we have, she obviously doesn't love you like you thought" Declan laughed punching Adam again.
To make sure the guys didn't come storming in they were waiting on my saying my safe word. They knew I had this under control but I knew this would be killing them.
Before I had time to react I was thrown onto a mattress on the floor hitting my head against the wall in the process.
"The fuck man" I groaned holding my head. "You never use to treat me like this"
"Well I need to know I can trust you again so until then you are being treated like everyone else" he smirked leaning over me pinning my arms down.
Something in me changed, as I started to fight him off me.
"Come on flower, let's have some fun" he smirked causing Adam to try to get to me but couldn't because of the chain.

I had lost track on how long I had been down here.
"Where are the guys" Adam mumbled.
"They are outside baby" I said leaning against the wall.
"Why aren't they coming in?"
"Because I know how Declan rolls, they are waiting to pounce as soon as I say the word" I sighed "I'm going to get you out of here. Do you trust me?"
"With my life" he nodded
"Good, I know what I'm doing baby this was my life" I mumbled. "He's coming just follow my lead ok"
Soon enough Declan came back into the room smirking at me.
"Baby you know you can trust me" I whined.
"I don't know can I?" He spat.
"Yes you can" I said. "I will do anything"
"Well in that case then" he smirked untying me before he passed me a gun. "Shoot him"
"What no this wasn't the deal" I panicked.
"No the deal was I wouldn't shoot him I never said anything about you shooting him" he laughed.
"Fine let's get this over with" I nodded watching as Adam's eyes widened. Making sure my back was to Declan I looked at Adam, mouthing "trust me"
"This should be fun" Declan laughed.
"Let's see, head, Nah too messy, arm or leg, Nope chance of surviving" I said moving the pointed gun at different parts of Adam "chest, yeah chest"
Winking at Adam I spun round so fast firing the gun.
"You bitch" Declan chocked as he dropped to his knees.
"Told you I changed, I'm no longer the girl you thought I was. All I want now is a new puppy and a happy life" I smiled still keeping the gun pointed at Declan.
Within seconds the whole team swarmed the building.
"You said they didn't know where you were" Declan gasped. "You had no wires or nothing"
"That's the beauty of technology these days, the tracker and wire are my piercings" I smirked as Jay and Hank hailed Declan out of the room as Kevin draped my CPD jacket over my.
Instantly I was by Adam's side with a knife cutting the cable ties off him. As soon as he was free I threw my arms around him just holding him close.
"Come on let's get you two to med" Kevin whispered placing a hand on my back.

"Yeah I do because I love you too" I giggled. "Now as soon as you get out of here what do you say we move into the fancy apartment"
"Sounds perfect" he whispered kissing my head.
"Bear it's over" Kevin grinned walking in the room "Declan didn't make it through surgery"
"He's really dead and it's really over" I breathed.
