This is such a bad idea for someone who literally can't keep a schedule but I'm feeling scandalous so, without further ado, lets get to the rules...

Doctor x Doctor (I'm sorry but I'll have to read about the other doctors besides freakin' Bright and even then I'm really OCD about people being in character screee-)
