"Roll the dough like this mama?" Lyric asked Cookie for reassurance, as her little hands rolled out the cookie dough. Cookie turned around after pre-heating the oven and walked over to the island.
"Yeah Tuts just like that. But don't do it too thin, after you finish rolling it out we'll add the chocolate chips." Cookie said placing a kiss on Lyrics cheek.

"Girl, your downstairs bathroom is nice as hell! Ima need you to decorate my house when I move out of my apartment." Nicki said walking back into the kitchen making Cookie laugh.
Over the course of the three months that had passed by, the two had became quite close. Nicki started to be around a lot more due to her and Meek dating. They say they're taking it slow but in Cookies eyes, the two of them was pretty serious, because Meek never sticks to one female for this long.
Cookie and her had gotten close mainly because Meek and Lu were always together, so the two of them always were around each other and the friendship took off from there. They had so much and common, and Nicki was fun to be around.
"You're a mess." Cookie said as she stirred up the chicken and shrimp alfredo she was making. She had invited Kendall, Kelly, Skye, and Nicki over for a little girls night and dinner.
The whole night before she had cried and just sat asking god why it had to be her marriage. She prayed, She was angry, hurt and disappointed in Lucious but she loved him more than life itself. Just even thinking about living without Lucious scared her.
So to take her mind off of all of it, she decided to invite the girls over just to pull her out of her mood. Part of her wanted to just stay in bed and cry all day, but that would be selfish to her kids. They needed her, Lyric and Amir's needs, trump her wants.
"Ouuu it smells good up in here. The food better be ready!" Kendall's voice boomed through the house.
"That sounds like Auntie Kendall!" Lyric said
"Yep that's her." Cookie said before taking a few swigs from her water bottle. Kelly and Kendall appered in the kitchen putting a smile on her face. It felt good to be surrounded by good and fun energy, it kept her mind from trailing off to all the hurt she was running from.
"I brought Wine, Red and white." Kelly said holding up the two bottles in each hand.
"Girl damn the wine, I brought Hennesey and Paul Mason." Nicki said pointing to the two bottles she had put on the island earlier. 'Oh hell no' Cookie thought to herslef, all this alcohol, Her sisters, Nicki and Skye was a bad combo.
"That look like Pee." Lyric said scrunching up her face as she eyed the Hennesey making us all laugh.
"Hey niece." Kelly said giving Lyrics head a kiss before going into the cabinet behind Cookie to grab drinking glasses. Cookie frowned and she popped Kendall on the back of the neck.
