eddie kasprack X reader // IT chapter 1

Stanleys POV
We were at eddies house getting supplies.  "Are these birth control pills!?" Richie said grabbing a clear container with pink and white pills in it.
"Yeah, I'm saving it for your sister. Stay out of here! This is private stuff!"
"More like stans sister." Richie said smirking. I saw eddies face go red and laughed.
When we had gotten everything we needed, we tried sneaking out the door when eddies mum said,
"Where are you boys going?" I saw y/n outside and hoped that eddies mum wouldn't look out the window. She hated girls around 'her eddiekins'. We all looked over at bill waiting for him to say something.
"Uh, i-i g-g-got a n-new u-u-um,"
We all waited for bill to say something fast. Then Richie spoke up,
"A new crochet set!" We all sighed in relief. "Jeez spit if out b-b-bill." Richie taunted.
"OK. Well Eddie, don't roll in he grass, you know how bad your allergies get!"
"Yes mommy" Eddie said trying to pish us out the door, Richie sniggering.
"Wait Eddie!" His mum yelled. We all looked back in the house.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" Richie sniggered again as Eddie walked over, and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Egh!
He then walked back to us while Richie shouted.
"Want one from me to Mrs k?"
"Shut up Richie!" Eddie pushed us out of the house and into the front yard. He then looked back at his mother and said something that I couldn't quite hear.
"Omg! You guys were soooooo long!" Said y/n. I saw that most of her hair was plaited.
"I could have died of boredem!" We all started laughing at her remark. We got onto our bikes while Richie annoyed all of us, well, mostly y/n.
"So, y/n. Do babies actually come out of the but or what?" Y/n just rolled her eyes and pedalled her bike faster.

When we got to the sewers we slowly put our bikes down very carefully. Well, I did anyway, the others just threw they're bikes on the ground and ran. I saw a bunch of plants and thought I would have some fun stirring up Eddie. So I went to every plant I see and say loud enough so Eddie could hear me,
"Thats poison ivy. Thats poison ivy. Thats poison ivy." I was having a lot of fun and I succeed with my mission. Eddie was freaking out. It was all fun when Richie said,
"Not every plant is poison ivy Stan!" I rolled my eyes and heard y/n say,
"Don't worry Eddie, Stan wouldnt know the difference between poison ivy and a pinecone"
"Hey! I heard that!" I said to her.
"I know." I looked over at the now laughing Eddie. I bet he was just laughing to hide his big red blush. I smirked knowing that I was right. Richie and bill walked into the sewer water which the smell made me want to vomit up my lunch. Y/n was about to walk in when Eddie grabbed her hand. He started muttering under his breath when y/n gave him a confused look. When he was done muttering y/n just gave him a smile and thanked him. Dam I wonder what Eddie could have said to get a girl to smile and thank him. I looked back at bill and he hand a shoe in his hand. A lump formed in my throat.
"Is that?" I couldn't go on. I just couldnt.
"No, gorgie was wearing gum boots." (Sorry. I'm Australian. And we just call them gum boots.😂😅)
A flash of relief drowsed over me.
"Its Betty's." Everyone was quiet. Not knowing what to say.
"Come on. If I were Betty I would want us to find her." Eddie had a look of panic in his eyes.
"No bill, if my mum catches me here she'll freak!"
"Yeah."  Bill looked at me with sadness in his eyes.
"Well, yeah. Its summer, we should be having fun not splashing around in greywater!" I said looked disgusted at the water in front of me. Bill was about to something when we all heard a splash in the creek behind us. I turned around to see the new kid from my English class in the water, blood dripping from his stomach. Y/n ran to him.
"Quick! We gotta help him!"
