eddie kasprack X reader // IT chapter 1

Y/ns POV

After we played water games we all grew bored and got out walking to a place that had some smooth rocks. Beverly and I layed on the rocks on our stomachs feeling the nice warm sunlight glinting on our backs. I smile from the nice warmth it brings to my body. I then feel eyes on me and I think Beverly felt it to cause we both turned to the boys who looked away suddenly embarrassed to be caught staring at us. I starting shaking my head laughing as I did so.
"Hey, news flash ben, schools overrr!" We heard Richie yell taking out a book from Ben's bag. Richie went snooping through his bag again and ripped out a card thing and said,
"Ooooo who gave you this?"
"No one" Ben quickly snatched it back so no one could see it, but I still did see the words 'to Beverly written on it and smiled cause I knew that he had a massive crush on her. But then again, so did Bill. 
Me and Beverly got up and sat interestedly next to the boys as Ben said,
"This isn't school work. I got it from the town library"
"Ben, you nerd" I said and Richie sniggered with me first bumping me from behind Ben.
"No no, it's really interesting look!"
He handed the book over to me and I opened it flipping through. With Eddie looking over my shoulder.
"Wait! Whats that?!" I pointed to a clown thing that I think I've seen before.
"Oh that? Well that's about the missing people in Derry, it's bad for adults but worse for kids, way worse"
It went quiet for a second until he spoke again in a more cheery voice.
"It really is interesting, I've got more at my house if you want to come see it"
"Yes!" Richie and I both said at the same time. After me and Richie got over our little arguments, we found out that we had a bit in common, we were both goofy, made dirty jokes alot (and innocent ones, or maybe that's only me), and we just loved horror stuff and true crime and all that shit. Although I loved it alot more than Richie. And that is why I am closer with Richie than the rest of the guys, apart from Stan. But I bond more with Eddie and Bill. And me and Stan are just siblings, although we fight alot, we will always be there for each other.

We got dressed and followed Ben to his house on our bikes. When we got there we jumped off and ran in. I looked around the house while walking to his room but then accidentally bumped into his mother.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry" I said.
"No it's ok" Ben's mum said as she helped me up. "Ben's room is that way" she said and flashed me a kind smile.
"Thank you" I said returning the smile.
I walked to bens room to hear Richie saying,
"Oh hey look, this is cool... Wait no it's not, oh this looks cool, oh wait nevermind" I scoffed as walked over to him and slapped him on the back of the head.
"Ow hey!"
"Sorry there was an annoying massive fly, oh wait, it's still there" I said and slapped him again on the arm.
I walked over to Beverly who was laughing and saw her pointing to a new kids on the block sign while looking at Ben who was looking at her with pleading eyes. She pushed the door back toward the wall while I walked over to Ben and mumbled to him,
"Interesting, Einstein likes music"
He went red and I chuckled and said,
"Don't worry I'm kidding, but I know you like Bev" I laughed and walked away from a still red Ben. I walk over to Eddie who was very interested in a scrap of newspaper from the year 1967. I came up behind him put my chin on his shoulder.
"Why is Ben's face red? What did you say?"
"Words" I responded with a smirk. As soon as I sensed that he wasn't wearing one as well I stood in front of him and studied his face. He looked a little down.
"Hey what's wrong?" I asked, suddenly getting worried of his behaviour.
"Nothing, um, I should be getting home,"
"Ok do you want me to come with you?" I offered.
"No it'd alot safer if Stan walked you home." He said but I knew that he was hiding something.
"Ok fine, but take care Eddie." I said walking over to Stan. When I got to him turned around to find Eddie gone. I sighed knowing that the boy had no idea of my feelings for him.
