Your P.O.V
I groaned to myself as my alarm sounded throughout the room. My first class wasn't until nine, but I knew I needed time to lay around and contemplate life before I got up to get ready. "You know you should really stop doing this to yourself, you might decide to drop out one day," I groaned softly turning my head seeing Eliza sitting in my desk chair doing what looked like homework. "How'd you get in here?" I asked groggily throwing the sheets over my head. "One of your suitemates let me in on her way out to class," She spoke pulling the sheets off me. "But it's glad to know that you missed me too," I rolled my eyes as she plopped down beside me. "Whatever," I spoke sitting up swinging my legs over the side of the bed, and standing up. "That's okay, I missed you though," Eliza said as she wrapped her arms around my waist. "I'm sure that's what you tell all the girls on your campus when you go back," I replied moving her arms from around me before standing and heading to the bathroom. "It's too early for this."
I wrapped a towel around me and made my way back to my room seeing a set of clothes laid out on the bed for me. Even though Eliza could be a pain in the ass I did appreciate all the little things she did. Quickly getting dressed I made my way out towards the kitchen seeing Eliza standing there finishing up breakfast. "Thank you," I mumbled softly as I took a seat on the stool. She simply hummed softly before passing me a plate and taking a seat next to me with her own plate.
"You know it didn't mean anything right?" She spoke halfway through breakfast. I sighed shaking my head," It might not have meant anything to you, but it meant everything to me. Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot, Eliza. I won't take you back, but we can stay friends. Nothing more, I can't sweep something like cheating under the rug and act like everything is okay," I spoke before I finished up eating. "I'm sorry," She mumbled as I stood upsetting my plate in the sink. "I know," I spoke heading towards my room to get my backpack and pack my laptop.
I sat it on the counter as I quickly threw a pair of shoes and washed our dirty dishes before we headed out. "How long you here for?" I asked putting my backpack on properly as we stood waiting for the elevator. "Just here for your soccer game tonight," She spoke as the elevator opened causing us to step inside. I couldn't help but smile she might've made one big ass mistake but that didn't change how she acted. I knew she regretted it, but I also knew it wasn't her first time. "How's school going?" She asked glancing at me causing me to groan thinking about it. "I need to start reading my syllabus or I'm going to be fucked," I spoke causing her to laugh softly. "Duh, that's what they make them for! All your important assignments there so you'll know. They aren't going to tell you you're grown," Eliza spoke causing me to pout slightly as the elevator opened once again. "I know, I know." I watched Eliza roll her eyes as we got off the elevator," Have a good day I'll see you before your game." She spoke causing me to wave goodbye before we split in two different directions
So, I might have this problem with being under the influence and then going on social media and posting whatever is on my mind at the time. It always leaves me embarrassed but it is always so funny rereading everything the next morning. "Yeah the shit you post is ridiculous," Avery spoke as the trainer finished taping her ankle. "Excuse you have you seen the shit you post when your drunk? Definitely worse than me," I spoke bumping shoulders as we stood up and made our way towards our side of the field and began stretching. "At least I don't tag people bitch, you tag people from school, celebrities, even random people who just be minding their business," She spoke causing me to crack a smile knowing she was telling the truth. I simple shrugged and began stretching not wanting to embarrass myself any more than I usually do.
I watched in shock as our medical team rushed over towards our goalie. Shit, I hope she is okay! I wasn't ready to play yet, what if I barfed on the field? Fuck I think I am going to be sick right now. "Y/N you're up!" Coach yelled causing me to stand up shakily and removing my warmup jacket before putting on the gloves and heading towards our goal. "You got this Y/N!" The team cheered as I made my way towards the goal. I got in front and stood on my tippy toes shaking off the nervousness. Fuck I really did feel sick now.
