Ciel's Point of View:

My eyes widened, "A demon? But that means..."

Sebastian still held that smug smirk as he sat across from me. "Yes, Lady (Y/n) made a contract with him. Just as you with me."

Lady Rosewood's Point of View:

My mind awoke, but my body took a few moments as I gathered my surroundings.

"Edward is a demon."

I tensed and kept my eyes shut as Sebastian's words hit my ears. 'How'd they know?'

"A demon? But that means..."

"Yes, Lady (Y/n) made a contract with him, just as you with me."

I paused, trying my best not to chuckle at my inner thoughts. 'Ah, so that's it. Takes a demon to know a demon, I guess.'

To be honest, I didn't really care, and to a certain extent, I wasn't surprised. With my new knowledge, a lot of things began to fall into place, and I started to wonder if Her Majesty knew or if this was all a coincidence.

We were slowing down, so I assumed we were near Lord Phantomhive's estate. I took this time to feign consciousness and slowly sat up, rubbing my eyes with a yawn. I looked up to find both Ciel and Sebastian staring at me.

I hung my head. "I'm so very sorry... Do forgive me, Lord Phantomhive. That was very unladylike."

Ciel shook his head. "It's nothing, do not think much of it. Are you feeling any better?"

I nodded slowly. "I'm terribly sorry that I worried you both. I hope that I didn't cause too much trouble."

We finally came to a stop, the horses neighing and the jingling of the chains from the harnesses ringing through the air. Sebastian opened the door, helped Ciel out, and then turned to me to assist me in stepping out onto the concrete pathway. I looked out to see a large estate, though to my slight amusement, it was smaller than my own. Four people stood waiting outside as we walked to the entrance of the building, one female and three males, lined up patiently for us to get closer.

"Ello, sir! I hope you had a splendid time, yes I did!" a maid with spunky red hair and large glasses greeted as we drew near. All four of the servants turned to me when I stepped up next to Ciel, my hand resting lightly on his arm.

"Oh, my sir! What a lovely lady has joined us," a sweetly smiling blonde said.

I smiled as we were escorted inside. Sebastian led us upstairs and continued until we reached a luxurious bedroom with a king-sized bed covered in red silk sheets. A vanity sat in one corner, and a desk in the other. A large dresser stood at the foot of the bed.

I curtsied. "Thank you, Sebastian. Your hospitality has been outstanding."

Sebastian's face curled into an odd expression, and I smiled. "Truly," I said, my voice melodic and smooth. "I sincerely hope you'll continue to treat us as kindly as you have been."

Sebastian bowed, the confused expression on his face fading. "Of course, my lady."

I hummed quietly, my hand coming under Edward's chin, my voice still holding that silky tone.

"Edward, I shall retire now. You may go. I gave you orders previously... You will follow them through to completion."

My thumb very lightly ran over his bottom lip, and I smirked ever so slightly when he shivered.

"Yes, my lovely mistress. I will do as you ask, always." His voice trembled ever so slightly, and I let my hand fall as both Sebastian and Edward left the room. I sighed to myself before undressing and draping a nightgown over my body. The bed was higher up than I was used to, so I had to jump a little to get onto the top.

The sheets were soft, feeling as light as water when they rested on my bare legs. The pillows were fluffy but firm, holding my head just the way I needed. Within moments, I fell asleep quickly.

Edward's Point of View:

I shut the door and started to walk alongside Sebastian, the dark hallway bright in my eyes, thanks to my demon vision.

"She has the most mouthwatering soul I've ever come into contact with," Sebastian mused beside me. I stopped in my tracks, the heels of my shoes clicking abruptly.

"I beg your pardon?" My tone was icy, and my eyes glowed in the lightless hallway.Something short of a chuckle escaped him, though it was sarcastic. "She has you wrapped around her dainty finger. I can imagine how it must be to just want to devour her at any point in time."

"Shut up, you ruddy crow," I snapped.

His eyes widened. "Oh. I see." His pointed teeth pulled into a smug grin. "It's much more than that, isn't it? Is it a part of your contract to be utterly infatuated with her? Not that it could be all that bad, with the soul she possesses."

"Crow. I highly suggest you keep your unwanted opinions to yourself before you discover the consequences of voicing them." I walked down to the main entrance and stepped outside, the night air slightly warm and humid with the oncoming storm that I detected.

"Demons don't love mortals, just love eating their souls," Sebastian called after me.

"Not in my case," I whispered, for what was wrong with me was a simple yet complicated matter.

I'm in love with (Y/n).

When our contract comes to its end, I don't plan on consuming her soul. If she'll have me... I intend to take her back to hell with me and love her with my entirety, and she will coincide with me there...

As a demon.
