It's been three years.

In these three years, Izumi Midoriya became an unofficial hero in the eyes of the public, she was a miracle worker with a powerful quirk, able to heal people from near-fatal wounds.

Her healing abilities were almost divine, which is why she has been dubbed as Divinity, the Streetwise Healer.

Even in school, she had a good reputation as she was usually the one to stand up to Katsuki Bakugo's acts of aggression on the weaker students in the school.

She was like the guardian angel of her class, time and time again protecting her fellow classmates from harm.

Every day after school, she flies over the city, constantly on a lookout for hurt civilians.

Multiple times, she risked her life to save civilians from villain attacks without fighting back.

Multiple times, she put herself through immense pain to heal mortally wounded civilians.

Multiple times, she aided heroes in preventing deaths and fighting off powerful villains.

These actions had all been toeing the line in the eye of the law, however, the heroes allowed it, since she technically wasn't using her quirk to hurt anyone but herself.

Izumi Midoriya had rapidly gained popularity in the hospital she worked in, too. Patients with severe injuries were almost immediately assigned to her, but they will back off if she goes over her limit.

For Aizawa and Kayama, it wasn't rare to find Izumi back at very late hours, usually straining to move.

Even though both Kayama and Aizawa have expressed deep concern for Izumi, they allowed her to keep working as a doctor, primarily to strengthen her quirk, but it was also to give her social experience.

Her work had soon attracted the attention of another Pro Hero, Recovery Girl, who contacted Aizawa and Kayama, asking to take Izumi under her wing.

It was today, the fateful day when Izumi would be targeted by a villain.

Izumi walked through a tunnel by herself, preparing to go home, when a sludge-type villain burst out from the man hole behind her and ambushed her.

Izumi knew it was illegal for her to fight back, so she just covered herself with her wings and allowing the villain to climb on her wings, trying to get to her.

"Texas Smash!"

It wasn't long until help had arrived. With a single blow, the villain was knocked away, reduced to nothing but a motionless pile of sludge.

Izumi recognized the voice that accompanied the blow, it was All Might, the number one hero and symbol of peace.

The villain was taken care of, sure, but All Might's attack had nearly broken her wings.

Izumi winced in pain as she retracted her wings. Her blazer, once again tattered and ripped, floated down behind her.

"Oh, my. I am so sorry, are you alright?" All Might quickly asked Izumi, who managed a small nod.

"It should heal in a few minutes." She replied, but then immediately noticed that there was a significant amount of pain radiating from All Might.

Before she could say anything, though, All Might had already signed a small piece of paper, dropping it back down to the ground and taking off with a big leap.

Izumi scooped up the piece of paper and tucked it into her bag, then she proceeded to fly off after All Might.

"All Might!" She'd keep calling out, but he was going faster than her, she could barely keep up, her wings hadn't fully recovered yet.
