Lily walked along the lonely winding road until the sun began to set, it's light still shining across the deserted terrain in front of her. She sighed tiredly, granted she had been walking for ours on end, she was certain it would be a while before she found some sort of civilization. Needing to take a break she took a seat on the ground beneath the shade of an old wilting tree. She let out a low groan when she spotted a few wandering creatures in the distance, but figured she was safe for a few minutes of rest. Since the farm she hadn't seen that many, but that was probably she was in the middle of nowhere. It seemed no one was immune to the disease that brought back their corpses, considering the ones she had seen were men, women and children. Those of them that had attacked her where few and far between, they seemed pretty stupid honestly.

She could hear this annoying rustling sound, so she stood to find the source of the noise, but after turning in a circle half a dozen times, all she got was dizzy. "Well, I've never seen a survivor so stupid" a girlish voice says from above her and Lily looks up, jumping back as three bodies fall from the thick branches of the tree.

Each was dressed differently, one wearing all black, another wearing what remained of a gray suit, the last, just a kid, was wearing a too-small cream colored, blood splattered shirt and a pair of short pink pants. Their ages clearly varied, the darkly dressed being maybe only about 25, the gray suit guy somewhere in his mid 30's and the girl only about 15, which lily assumed was younger than herself though she didn't really know.

The three came closer to Lily, who raised her metal bar and gripped it tightly, waiting for something bad to happen, almost knowing it would happen. She wasn't sure is these people were dead or alive, they seemed alive, but their vacant expressions said otherwise, however, Lily did notice that they didn't have those startling bloodshot eyes. So, she thought it safe to assume that they were living people.

"You must be new around here, where'd you come from?" the girls says, her voice soft, but her eyes wild, too wild for lily to determine if the girl was friendly or not.

"the farm, down the road a few hours" Lily stammers out, the three grow these surprised looks, almost as if they don't believe her.

"The farm... you took down Mr. Unger? As far as I know, nobody has been able to do that, who are you?" the darkly dressed man asks, his voice sounding as if he was impressed with the girl they had just met.

"I-I don't know" Lily says confused, tilting her to the right slightly, then drops her gaze to the ground. "I don't remember anything before waking up in the farmers field, I found him like that, dead, but not really with these red eyes...." lily tried to explain what she had seen, but the eldest of the group stopped her.

"Yeah, we know, they are called zombies, Zs for short. At least you figured out how to kill them, the last person we met, let's just say, he didn't believe in killing the undead" the youngest male said.

"Right... um, so who you guys then? I think it's only fair considering you know that i don't know my name" Lily says unsurely.

"I'm Freya McKinley, and that is Kyle and Robbie Adler" the girl, Freya, says as she sticks her hand out to ily expectantly.

"I would say it's nice to meet, but i haven't decided yet if you're going to kill" Lily says as she shakes the girls hand slightly, before dropping it back to her side.

"What we would do with you if your dead? We so need another good fighter, even without a memory in this world, you still managed to take down the toughest Z I've ever met. You have to be a good-ish fighter" Kyle laughs.

"If I knew, I'd tell you, But I have no idea how good of a fighter I am" Lily mutters, and with her gaze still glued to the ground, Kyle, the darkly dressed one, lunges forward with a weapon in hand. Lily's instincts, or what little of them remains, and she ducks swinging her bar so that it connected with his legs, taking hi down. he let out a wheeze as he slams back-first onto the ground, groaning loudly he rolls onto his stomach and gets to his feet.
