Newt:
-You gave him a brown teddy bear with a read heart in the middle that says 'Newt'. Also some couple shirts for the both of you.
-He gave you the skates you really wanted and the phone case with a picture of you and him on it.

Thomas:
-You gave him a Kipling backpack for his things and a pen with his name on it.
-He gave you a sketch pad and colouring materials since you love art.

Minho:
-You gave him running shoes and a belt because he jogs and runs everyday as exercise.
-He gave you a pair of boots becase you like those stuff and some hair products [maybe because he wants you to have fabulous hair like him XD].

Gally:
-You gave him a cap that you personalized in a shop. The cap said 'Captain Gally' with a ship below it. Also a shirt to go with the cap.
-He gave you make up and some bath bombs from Lush.
