Blue had spent the past days remaining in Nightmare's home, unsure where else to go. While he was considering going back to his brother, part of him was desiring to fix everything. There was never a definite, meaning there was some sort of way to pull Classic and Nightmare back into the Au. He was so lost within his own mind he hadn't heard the approaching footsteps until they were beside him. Glancing up suddenly, he noticed Dust watching him as he slowly lowered a mug toward him.

"Thought you could use something warm... How you feeling?" Blue remained silent as he thought over an answer. Dust had been too kind, leaving a feeling some sort of motive was behind it. Yet, each time they spoke, that feeling dwindled away.

"I just feel lost honestly... I want Classic back, to fix this mess. Ink was being selfish, same with Dream. Why can't they let someone love without some sort of interference?" Dust shrugged as he took a seat beside Blue, his eyes rising to the wall. Blue knew he wasn't looking at anything in particular.

"You didn't agree at first though!" There was a eerie silence as Blue sighed slowly. He was aware of his discomfort in the idea. While it was true he despised Nightmare for his cruelty, there was never an ounce of that around Classic. Blue hadn't been able to see it, but Classic tamed him. Made him less hostile and much more approachable. If he had noticed sooner, maybe he would have stepped in to prevent the current situation. To make matters worse, Ink had lied to Classic's Au. He was playing with everyone and it made Blue feel sick to have to view such disgraceful actions.

"I didn't see how happy they were. If Classic was content, I should have pushed my hatred away. I was being a child." Dust nodded before noticing Blue reach for the mug. He gave a smirk before snatching the cup, his mouth touching the side as he took a large gulp of the liquid. Blue scowled before snatching the mug back, a short chuckle leaving him as he met Dust's gaze. "Thank you for cheering me up. I really needed someone to talk to, you know?"

"Always. I never had anyone until Nightmare, so I figured I would follow his example."

"Hey Dust? Is there a way to get them back?" Blue's words were weak, almost as if he feared the wrong answer. Dust gave a partial frown before his hand fell gently onto Blue's skull. He gave a brief chuckle as he spoke with confidence.

"If anyone can find a way to get them back, it's Error. He's doing his best, so we need to just let him work." There wasn't an ounce of objection as Blue took a sip of his drink, a wave of color brushing over his face as he slouched slightly, a breath of relief slipping from him. The sight made Dust smile, Blue caught off guard by how genuine it was. He hid his shock as he watched from the corner of his vision, joy swirling around within his soul.

Hours had passed with an almost never ending silence before a voice echoed throughout the house. It drew Dust's attention as he jumped the moment the door flew open. Error rushed in without hesitation, his expression laced in joy as well as determination. Blue had noticed as well, his sockets widening.

"GUYS! I think I found something!" Dust seemed the most giddy, his hands hitting the table as he grinned.

"What is it? Did you find a way to bring them back?" Error nodded before he took a seat across from them. Blue remained silent, unsure whether he was technically allowed in the house. Dust had given the go ahead, but many of the others were against it. He couldn't entirely blame them.

"So, I checked the place where they vanished. There is a lingering trace of the so called 'portal' that swept them up. If I can somehow glitch it, I may be able to reopen it. The only problem is that from the patterns, if opened in such a way, there is no way to close it."

"So whatever is on the other side can come through?" Error nodded, Dust groaning before Blue finally built up his confidence to speak.

"It would be worth it, no? Nightmare and Classic have to come back and if it is the only way, than the risk is worth it. I'm sure anything beyond that portal is still no match for Nightmare!" Dust smiled at the wording, Error giving him a glance before he nodded. There was a realization within his sockets that allowed Blue to know he was understanding the situation. He was one of the few furious that Ink would throw Blue away so quickly. Most knew how loyal Blue could be and Ink trampled over it.

"If you truly believe it is worth the risk, then let's go do this. The other's are remaining near the site, so we just need to meet up." Dust nodded as he rose from the seat, his hand offered to Blue. He gratefully took it before following close, his voice low, but still audible to the two with him.

'I hope Nightmare and Classic are okay!'
