Hello My Beautiful Ladies👋

Let's start today's chapter🌟

As a pediatrician, I, Adarika, have always been passionate about helping children. But little do people know that I, too, have been dealing with the scars of my own childhood.

Growing up, I faced numerous challenges that shaped me into the person I am today.

As a child, I felt like I was walking on eggshells, never knowing when the next explosion would happen.

Despite the chaos, I found solace in my studies and my love for helping others. I became fascinated with the human body and decided to pursue a career in medicine.

As I grew older, I realized that my childhood experiences had given me a unique perspective on life. I understood what it was like to feel vulnerable and scared, and I wanted to use that empathy to help others.

Now, as a pediatrician, I make it a point to listen to my young patients and their families. I know that sometimes, all someone needs is someone to hear them out and offer a comforting word.

My childhood may have been marked by challenges, but it has also given me the strength and resilience to pursue my dreams. I am proud to be a pediatrician, and I hope that my story can inspire others to overcome their own challenges and find their passion in life.

As I continued to navigate my childhood, I faced numerous challenges that tested my resilience. My mother's husband would often belittle me, making me feel worthlessm. He was a toxic person so my mother divorced him and then met Mukesh uncle who is now my father.

First, I couldn't accept him but his sweet behavior towards me and my family made my heart accept him.

Dadi also accepted him as she knew how toxic his son was.

Despite the difficulties at home, I found solace in school. I excelled academically, particularly in science and mathematics. My teachers encouraged me, and I began to see that I had a future beyond my tumultuous home life.

However, the emotional scars of my childhood ran deep. I struggled with anxiety and depression, often feeling like I was drowning in a sea of despair. I would cry myself to sleep at night, wondering why I wasn't good enough, why I wasn't loved.

But even in the midst of all this pain, I found a spark within me that refused to be extinguished. I began to realize that I had a purpose, that I wanted to help others who were suffering like I was.

I poured my heart and soul into my studies, determined to become a doctor. I wanted to help children who were struggling, just like I had. I wanted to be a source of comfort, a listening ear, and a reassuring presence.

As I entered medical school, I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. I was finally doing something that truly mattered to me. I threw myself into my studies, determined to become the best pediatrician I could be.

And then, just as I was starting to feel like I was finding my footing, my life took another dramatic turn. I was now forced to marry Revansh, a man I barely knew. It was a whirlwind experience, and I found myself struggling to adjust to my new life.

But even in the midst of all this uncertainty, I refused to give up. I knew that I had a purpose, that I had a duty to fulfill. I was determined to make the best of my situation, to find a way to make my marriage work, and to continue pursuing my passion for helping others.

It's been two weeks since my marriage.

As I navigated my new life with RevanshI couldn't help but feel like I was starting from scratch. Everything was unfamiliar, from the sprawling mansion we lived in to the intricate dynamics of Revansh's family.

Despite the challenges, I was determined to make the best of my situation. I threw myself into my work at the hospital, using my passion for pediatrics to drive me forward. I also made an effort to connect with Revansh's family, particularly his mother, who seemed to take a liking to me.

However, Revansh himself remained a mystery to me. He was distant and aloof, rarely showing any emotion or affection.

Despite the uncertainty, I refused to give up. I knew that I had a purpose, that I had a duty to fulfill. I was determined to make the best of my situation, to find a way to make my marriage work, and to continue pursuing my passion for helping others.

One person who brought me comfort during this difficult time was Rian, Revansh's son. He was a sweet and affectionate child, who seemed to adore me. I found myself looking forward to our interactions, and feeling a sense of joy and purpose when I was around him.

As I looked at Rian, I couldn't help but feel a sense of hope. Maybe, just maybe, I could find a way to build a life with Revansh, one that was filled with love, laughter, and purpose. Maybe, just maybe, I could find a way to heal the wounds of my past, and create a brighter future for myself.

I decided to call Kia, my only best friend, to fill her in on the drama.

We chatted for a bit, and I filled her in on the details what happened in last days Kia was furious on my behalf, especially when she heard about Rudra's hurtful comments.

After our call, I spent some quality time with Rian, who was excited to have the day off from school. We had a lovely morning together, and I was grateful for the distraction.

Later, I headed downstairs to join the ladies in the kitchen. They were all warm and welcoming, and I felt a sense of relief wash over me.

Nandini, Revansh's sister, suggested I make something sweet today. I decided to make kheer.

As I cooked, the aroma of kheer wafted through the kitchen, and everyone complimented me on the smell. I was nervous but hopeful that they would enjoy the dish.

When it was time to serve, Maria, our servant, helped me present the kheer to the family. I was anxious about Revansh's reaction, but he didn't give me any feedback, simply eating the kheer with no expression.

Rian, however, loved the kheer, and his enthusiasm made my day. The rest of the family also enjoyed the dish, and I felt a sense of accomplishment.

After lunch, I headed to the hospital, where I met up with Kia and Rohan, a skin specialist and our friend from college. They were both shocked to hear about how my first day was in my in-laws house.

As we chatted, I noticed Kia and Rohan exchanging flirtatious glances. I teased them, wondering if there was something brewing between them.

We eventually got back to work, but I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and curiosity about what the future held for me and my new family.

~~

As the night wore on, I found myself alone at the hospital, waiting for a cab to take me home. The silence was eerie, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. I glanced at my watch, realizing it was already 12 am. Where had the time gone?

My phone went dead after I booked the cab.

Just as I was starting to get anxious, my cab arrived. I hopped in, grateful to be heading home. As I paid the driver and stepped out of the cab, I noticed the house was still lit up. I assumed everyone was asleep, but as I opened the door, I was met with a scene that made my heart skip a beat.

The entire family was gathered in the living room, their faces etched with worry. Revansh and Papa were trying to make a call, while Maa was comforting a sobbing Rian. I rushed over to my little boy, concern etched on my face.

"Mommy, Mommy!" Rian exclaimed, throwing his arms around me. "I thought you left me!"

I hugged him tightly, trying to reassure him. "Why would I leave you, baby?"

As I looked around the room, I noticed everyone staring at me with a mix of concern and accusation. I felt a pang of guilt, realizing I should have informed them about my late hours.

"Where were you, beta?" Maa asked, her voice laced with worry. "We called you multiple times, but your phone was dead."

I took a deep breath, explaining the situation. "I'm so sorry, Maa. I got caught up with a patient, and time flew by. My phone died, and I didn't realize how late it was."

Revansh's expression turned stern, his eyes flashing with anger. "You should have told us about your late hours. We were worried sick about you."

I felt a twinge of regret, knowing I should have been more considerate. "I'm sorry, everyone. I should have informed you."

Maa's expression softened, and she patted my hand. "It's okay, beta. Just take a driver with you from now on, and let us know if you'll be late."

I nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over me. As the tension in the room dissipated, Papa suggested I get some rest. I agreed, taking Rian with me to our room.

As I changed into a simple red anarkali dress the next morning, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this new life, despite its challenges. Rian was still sleeping, his peaceful face a balm to my soul. I smiled, knowing that today would bring new opportunities to make things right.

I gently woke Rian up, "Baby, wake up, or you'll be late for school." He stirred, rubbing his eyes, "Mommy, five more minutes." I smiled, "No, baby, wake up fast. We don't want to be late." Rian finally sat up, and I helped him get ready for school.

As we headed downstairs, the aroma of breakfast wafted through the air, making our stomachs growl in unison. The family was gathered around the dining table, waiting for breakfast to be served. We joined them, and I exchanged warm greetings with everyone.

As a sign of respect, I touched the feet of my elders, seeking their blessings. "Good morning, everyone," I said, smiling. Rian followed my lead, greeting his grandparents.

"Good morning!" The atmosphere was filled with warmth and love, a beautiful start to a new day.
