This is a short chapter explaining the importance of adding a filter/ adjusting the brightness, contrast, vibrancy, etc, on your works.
As seen above, even slight changes such as in brightness, saturation, sharpness and shadows, can make your work appear more appealing.
In the before and afters above, you can see how adding a filter adds uniformity to the images, even though they may have varied slightly in temperature and exposure.
This applies to all graphics and editing, whether it's a manip or collage, tweaks and filters will make all the difference.
