Jaune Arc, the lovable goofball and sole male of the Arc clan has left his home on his quest to become a hero like his ancestors, but being a civilian and not having the training necessary, he has to rely on cheating his way into Beacon by the use of fake transcripts. And now that he has begun his journey, he hopes that he can improve and make his ancestors proud, while also surrounding himself with people he can trust and perhaps, a deeper connection and relationship. This is his journey to become a Legend and legacy of his ancestors. A/N: Now, I have given this much thought and I have read many Jaune fics, harem mostly and they weren't exactly original, as they forgo his canon personality and just give him powers from another franchise instead of making him increase his own skill. Jaune Arc, a man that was sent to the 4 Kingdoms to hide from his Father. Just like with the rest of his Siblings, due to War caused by their Father, Nicolas Arc. They we're sent into hiding for their own safety. Juniper requested the help of Ozpin to accept Jaune into Beacon, they gave him an identity of a Student who came into the School with Fake Transcripts. This was in order to keep all eyes away from Jaune, if word got out that Jaune is in Beacon, Nicolas will come after him. But things happened during his time in Beacon, Goodwitch found out about his Transcripts and was furious of it. She went to the Vale Council and showed Evidence regarding this matter, which resulted to the Vale Council taking matters into their own hands. Jaune's Transcripts were found out by everyone in Beacon, the results were every single Student beating him to death and nearly killed him numerous times. But it gotten bad to the point that something happened, something far worse than what they expected. Now what would happen when the Arc Family hears about this? What will the fate of the 4 Kingdoms be when the Arc Family finds out what happened?

Title inspired by Mitmite2 Most of the Jaune Arc fanfictions I read just aren't good enough. They either make him impossibly op or he's unjustly betrayed. And too many of them give him a harem. It's getting pretty old so I decided to change that. As a child, Jaune Arc decided that he would become a huntsmen just like his hero of a great-great-grandfather. But his father can't train him after an accident and the rest of his family doesn't know how. So he tries to teach himself. Of course he's failing miserably. With his dream seemingly impossible to achieve, he decides to continue trying to train himself, but then a willing stranger comes along. What next for our wannabe hero. Only time will tell. Jaune sacrificed his life in an attempt to save Pyrrha from death and instead of being rewarded with a peaceful eternity he was chosen by the Creator himself to be trained to save the world from annihilation. He was sent to hell to endure the harshest of harsh training to become the savior of his world. Now he returns to shift the balance of the war. It is taking place in the New Era of Mortal Kombat 1 and MK11. Following Jaune's demise, he was forced out of Beacon and abandoned by everyone who knew him because his fake transcripts were leaked into the public world. Jaune was transported into the Mortal Kombat universe, where he became one of the most skilled warriors amongst the Lin Kuei. After he refused to aid Kronika and was sent into the void, Jaune escaped alongside Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, and Fujin. Now, he and his allies must travel back in time and save the timeline. But Jaune will realize that not all people are who they appear to be. (Important: The original creator of this story is Arcanus the Scribe. He and I were planning on rewriting it together. However, he is currently struggling with personal issues and has allowed me to continue it.)

Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

Jaune Arc is Beacon's worst student and weakest Huntsmen in training. It's not all bad for our favorite huntsmen he has friends, people he can count on right? What happens when his secrets are spilled? How will the choices of those he consider friends around him react? Will our Hero fall into darkness or rise and shine in the light.

Jaune Arc was never the strongest, but he had the will and determination to pursue his goal no matter what he faced. Though that all changed when after saving the bully who made his life miserable, he decided to reveal that Jaune faked his way into beacon and soon he lost everything. His friends abandoned him, his family disowned him, and everybody tried their best to turn his life into a living hell. He was soon left beaten and broken in the middle of a forest in mistral to be killed by the grimm, but that never happened. A mysterious person happened to stumble upon him and saw the potential that he carried and thus changed Jaune's destiny, for the better or for the worst.
