10 minutes ago we were dropped off in the forest by bullhead, Glynda and Ozpin unlocked the aura of my team. but it wouldn't matter they fought enemies more dangerous than Grimm without them. Ozpin told me that the entirety of Beacon would be watching i am curious what they find of how we fight. we don't fight with the grace or arrogance of a huntsman, each attack is meant to kill quick, brutal and efficient. i reached the temple to see that the rest had made it and was waiting for me.

Jaune: any trouble in the forest?

Jacki: sadly no, i hoped these Grimm would be fun but they don't even show up.

Jaune: who partnered up with who?

commissar Valentinian: i partnered up with Erika, and took a chess piece which i presumed to be the relic, sir.

he said as he showed me a white pawn.

Erika: Herren, multiple auspex signals headed for us.

Jacki: finally some fun.

Jaune: how many?

Erika: 5, two as large as Leman Russ and three the size of Ogryns.

Jaune: Erika prepare your mole launcher and take out one of the Leman Rus sized creatures. commissar, Jacki you two will take out the Ogryn sized. the last one is mine.

as i said that Erika started loading her mole launcher while the commissar and Jacki readied their lasguns

i was in the cafeteria with my team and team JNPR watching the initiation when suddenly two Alpha deathstalkers and three Ursa Majors charged at the new team. most in the cafeteria were thinking that they were about to die, while i hoped that they would live. i saw the person with a gasmask aim with a large weapon high into the air before launching something that looked like a grenade, the grenade made a direct hit on the head of one deathstalker only instead of exploding it burrowed into the deathstalker killing it when the deathstalker started to disintegrate the grenade exploded. the boy with a hat and the girl fired at the three Ursa majors while they charged at them, only one made it to them but when he went to strike the girl she just grabbed his arm and put him in an armbar and stabbed him with her sword. the boy with a helmet on ran straight for the alpha deathstalker while he drew a sword and a shield. he held the shield in front of him and put his sword in between a gap in his shield while still running at the deathstalker, he started shooting the same kind of lasers as the other two from his sword. when he got to close to the deathstalker it would try to kill him with its large pincers only for the boy to block it with his shield and then he plunged his sword in the deathstalkers head and started dragging it along the body killing it. i looked around to see how others reacted, most were shocked or impressed, team CRDL seemed a bit pale and scared, most of my team were like the rest of the cafeteria shocked or impressed, Pyrrha seemed impressed, Nora was excited, Ren was his normal self and Jane seemed to be focused on the boy with the helmet, and i wasn't the only one who noticed that.

Yang: so Jane do you have a crush on the new kid?

Jane: what?

Yang: well you seem to be very focused on the guy with the helmet.

Jane: it isn't him i am focused on it's his weapon.

Weiss: don't tell me we are going to have two weapon fanatics.
