I had the worst headache in the morning. Probably from what Alex gave me yesterday.

Still no texts from Serena. I groaned looking at the time. 'Just one more text' I told myself.

Me: please text me Serena

I dropped my phone on my chest and my phones buzzed immediately. I picked it up quick thinking it was Serena.

Instead it was isa. "FUCK!" I shouted. The memory of me almost kissing her came back to me. I rubbed my eyes in guilt over the things that could have happened last night.

Isa: good morning sleepy head

Me: good morningggg :)

Isa: get up, I'm gonna show you around your new school

Me:wait what day is it?

Isa:it's Sunday, school starts tomorrow lol

Shit, it completely slipped my mind. I smacked my forehead.

Me:damn, okay, I'll get ready

Isa: see you in a little <3

I just left her on seen. I'm actually scared to start a new school. I'll be a sophomore. But one thing will be missing.

My best friend. I sat on my bed to re think all the mistakes I have made over the past days. How could I hurt her.

I got up from my bed and changed into new clothes, I was 100% sure I had a hangover, I felt like throwing up but I kept it in.

I was now ready, I walked out my door and saw isa waiting for me with a smile on her face. "hey benny!" she waved. "hi" I said holding the temples on my head since I had a massive headache.

"here's a tip, don't take anything that's from Alex at a party, you never know what's in its" she laughed. I laughed sarcastically back.

-Serenas pov-

today felt a little better. It surprised me that I have been in a better mood today than I have in awhile. I decided on my own today that I was gonna go play baseball with my best friends.

At this moment I didn't care about benny, or what he does, or if he likes isa, because I know I had him first, and if he wanted to ruin that then that's his problem.

I changed into some leggings and a white t-shirt, I tried my best to do my hair.Then I went down stairs. Anthony had made me food. But I tried ignoring eye contact with him and try to get out of the house as fast as I could.

"Reenie", I had my hand right on the door nob. I turn around and sigh. "ya what?'. "come sit and eat" he said point at a chair. 'Im not really hungry thanks though" I said trying to get out of the house. "um, okay, but you're always eating, how are you not hungry?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"I guess I'm still full from last night, see ya!" I said slamming the door shut. It did make me feel horrible not eating but I couldn't help it, I lost my appetite since benny broke up with me. I tried taking my mind off of it and headed to the sandlot.

"Serena!" Charlie came running to me and hugging me spining around. "you came to play!" squints said also leaning in for a hug. "yup! I miss actually wanting to play ball and today I felt like it so here I am!" I said raising my arms up.

"im so happy you're here!" smalls said. I smiled and ruffled his hair.

"You can bat" Charlie said handing me the bat. I took it from his hands and ran over to home base.
