Kitten ? (KilluaxReader)

(Okay so I changed a few things last chapter and made it so they are going to Whale Island to meet Aunt Mito now, if anyone gets confused.)

(Y/n's POV)

I silently stared at the water as we got closer and closer to Whale Island. It was my first time on a boat, and surprisingly, I didn't feel sick. I felt a lot better about everything now that I didn't have the obligation to go home for a while. But for some reason, I felt this intense feeling of foreboding and unease.

I shook the feeling out of my focus, but it remained in the back of my mind even as I made my way to Killua and Gon, who were off having their own conversation.

"Are you sure you don't-" I heard Gon talking, just before he got cut off.

"SSSHHH! She's here!" Killua said, making my ears flick down in suspicion. I stepped into their view and circled around the boys.

"Hello... if you don't mind me asking, what were you talking about?"

"Y-"

"NOTHING!" Killua cut off Gon. Gon pouted and I sighed before sitting down next to Gon and curling up next to him.

"Fine, then. Don't tell me. Anyways, what time should we be arriving?"

"In a few minutes, actually!" Gon smiled. I grinned and my tail swung back and forth slowly. "I'm excited for Aunt Mito to meet you guys! I've written her a letter and it had a picture of us in it, so she knows what you look like, but she hasn't actually met you guys..."

I leaned my head against Gon's shoulder and looked up at him. "Well, she's going to, soon enough. Ahhhh~ I'm so excited I'm tempted to just fly there at this point! But I won't because of sEpeRaTiOn aNxiEtY. Anyways, Killua." At the mention of his name, Killua's head shot up and he stared at me.

"Yes?"

"..." I just stared at him for a moment, making him visibly uncomfortable. I narrowed my eyes for a moment before closing my eyes and nuzzling Gon. "I have this strange feeling I'm going to be forgotten..." I said so quietly that Killua and Gon could hardly hear.

"Why would you-" Just as Killua began to question me, I fell asleep.

When I woke up, I was in someone's arms and people were talking all around me. "And the girl is Y/n?" An unfamiliar voice spoke.

"Mhm!" Gon said happily.

"She must be tired from traveling..."

"She's definitely awake, she just is trying to observe you without having to make it clear she is." Killua's voice came from just above me, making it evident he was the one holding me. I felt my face heat up and quickly transformed into a small kitten and fell out of his arms.

Killua jumped at the sudden loss of my weight and stared at the ground, then picked me up, making sure I couldn't get out of his grip. I mewed helplessly and wiggled as much as I could, attempting to get him to let me go.

"O-oh- I'm sorry for waking you up, Y/n." The same voice said. I turned to see who it was. I was met with a pretty woman standing next to Gon and was hit with a sudden sense of jealousy. So this is Aunt Mito... he looks so comfortable with her... I transformed into my human form without the ears and tail, now pressed against Killua's chest.

"It's fine..." I said as loudly as I could, but due to nervousness, she probably barely heard me. I felt my cheeks heat up more as Killua moved his arms slightly to make it more comfortable for us to be embracing.

"Sorry... Kitten's a little shy." Killua smirked, knowing fully well how embarrassed I was. I slid out of his arms and drifted over to Gon, latching onto his arm in a daze.
