He beams at your words, hugging back with the brightest smile.

"No need to thank me, woman."

For the next couple of days, you and Tommy took the time to just chill and be kids, alongside Tubbo as well. Wilbur, Fundy and Eret wanted all three of you to not worry about the war, and said they'll take care of what to do.

After playing that tag game again, you and the two boys decided to relax, sitting on a bench. The view ahead of you was gorgeous at this time of night, and the three of you chatted casually.

Tubbo and Tommy told you about how close they were, and how they met. They really did seem like best friends, and it warmed your heart.

You started talking about some of your friends back home, and although there wasn't much to do there, you had a lot of good memories with them.

You were currently listening in on Tubbo's speech about-.. bees. You and Tommy just giggled at his enthusiasm.

"-Their wings are so small and tiny!! It's adorable!"

"Tubbo I think you have an obsession, big man."

"I do not! They're just adorable, and it's FACT! If I had my own army, it would only be BEES!"

Tommy just wheezes at Tubbo's words, and you giggled more, trying to contain your laughter.

However, Tubbo sighs.

"Although.. I just remembered something. Eret mentioned how he had some plans today to help with preparation of the war. We have a lot of gear already, so I really wonder what he's got to show us."

Tommy perked up at this.

"Oh yeah! Knowing Eret, I think he's got some good shit."

Tubbo laughs at Tommy's comment, but then he turns to you.

"I just feel bad, man."

You tilt your head at him, confused.

"About what?"

"I mean.. You've only been here for a few days and you're already having to experience a war! It just sounds unfair, you know? You shouldn't have to participate like this."

"Aww, Tubbo.."

You patted Tubbo's back, making him smile.

"You don't need to worry. I know all of you will protect me, and each other. I'm sure we can win!"

Tommy cheered at your words.

"Exactly, (Y/N)! We can WIN! That green dickhead won't see it coming!"

All three of you cheered, growing confident at your victory. However, you paused when hearing Fundy.

"Hey, there you guys are!"

Tubbo turned around to look at Fundy, who also had Wilbur and Eret behind him.

"Hello!!"

"We were just chattin' and hyping ourselves up!"

Eret chuckled.

"Good! Well, I have a surprise for all of us. I've been preparing some gear to help us with the war, and I think it's time I show you. Come along."

Eret turns, walking ahead. Tubbo immediately hops over the bench, and Tommy decides to stick next to you as everyone walked.

Eret led everyone to a secret passage, hidden by dirt. It was so eye catching that everyone beamed in surprise. How could anyone see that?

As all of you crouched behind Eret, you begin to grow nervous. Something just.. felt off. You kept turning behind you to the exit.

However, before you could say anything, Eret announces to everyone.

"This, is the final control room."

Everyone looked in awe at the chests, labeled with all of your names. But, you still felt nervous, and stayed close to Tommy.

What set you off the most, was the random button in the middle of the room.

Tommy noticed the button before you could call it out.

"Hey, what's this do?-"

"Tommy!-"

You tried to stop him, but he stepped on the button before you could. Your eyes widened in horror, as the walls opened to reveal Dream and many of his allies, ready to strike.

You and the others began to panic, but you acted fast.

"RUN!"

You grabbed Tommy and Tubbo's wrists, high-tailing it out of there as arrows fired at all of you. Fundy and Wilbur were close behind you all, but they took some damage from Dream and his goons hitting them with swords.

Because of all the panic, it caused everyone else to drop all their armor and weapons, losing them. And you didn't wish to take a risk to get them.

Eret's words echoed down the small corridor as all of you ran, haunting and chilling your spines.

"Down with the revolution, boys!"

"..It was never meant to be."

"They're wanting us to surrender. But you know what I'm thinking, (Y/N)?"

"What, Tommy?"

"..We don't surrender. Not without a fight."
