Ejiro Kirishima x reader (Finding The Truth

*Wham!* The punching bag broke loose and slammed into the wall across from me. I heard a loud sigh behind me. I gritted my teeth and turned to see Todoroki shaking his head at me. I picked up another punching bag, hung it up, and started wailing on it too.

"How many have you broken?", He asked. I glanced around the room and felt a twinge of guilt, then shoved it back down. "I'll pay you back." I muttered between punches.

Todoroki came around and grabbed the bag. "Stop it!" He yelled. Startled, I just stared at him. "It wasn't your fault. None of it was your fault. When are you going to stop punishing yourself." I shrugged. "It's been three days Faith. You haven't eaten, you haven't slept." He grimaced. "And obviously you haven't showered."

I growled in frustration. "Leave. Me. Alone." I walked over to a chair and sat down and tried not to cry. I had cried enough.

Todoroki walked over and took my hands in his and took the bandages off. Wow, I hadn't realized they had gotten that bad. He sighed and looked at me sternly. "It's time to grow up." I yanked my hands free and gave him my best death stare. "I'm serious Faith," he continued, Life isn't fair. War is even less fair. People are going to get hurt. Life is going to go on. You are going to have to learn to deal with it instead of running away. You are more than this."

He stood up. "If you decide to keep being an ostrich and burying your head in the sand, so be it. I will walk away and let you until you waste away." He held out his hand. "But if you are ready to become the true warrior that I believe you can be, then get off your butt and let's get back to work."

I thought about it for a minute, then took his hand and let him help me up. He hugged me, then pulled back and wrinkled his nose. "But first you REALLY need a shower!" I shoved him away and laughed. I walked towards the bathroom, then turned back at the door. "Thanks." He nodded and smirked. He was right, I really do stink.
