I am meeting SB19 today. I am meeting SB19 today. I am meeting SB19 today.

Fudge. I am meeting SB19 today.

No matter how many times I say it, the inevitable was bound to happen. I am meeting SB19 today.

I don't know how in the world did I end up agreeing with Cha but I found myself outside ShowBT.

You can do it, Gab, I silently cheered myself. Sejun and I are adults. We're grown. We can handle working together despite our past. Right? Right? Right?

I wanted to strangle myself. Of all the insurance companies that I am accredited, it had to be the same as SB19's insurance company. Out of all the companies that Cha could work for, she had to work for ShowBT. Out of all the boygroups that Cha had to manage, she had to manage SB19.

Lady Fate was probably laughing at my surge of bad luck. She was probably laughing like a hyena. All circumstances had to lead back to Sejun.

I was fine. Or atleast I tell myself that I was. I had moved on, or I had tried to move on. I left the country to start anew, I just came back because I felt like it's time to come back.

But who would have thought that life would push me back to my past.

Honestly, I was scared. I was scared of seeing him again. I had trained myself to get used to the fact that I would be seeing plenty of Sejun and his friends. On TV, not in real life. Seeing SB19 on TV and on social media was bearable now. But seeing him in the flesh, that I'm not so sure. They were everywhere. I had attended their first international concert 3 years ago and that was fine seeing Sejun so far away.

I was not ready to meet him, so close, breathing the same air as him.

I think I would faint.

"Gab!" Cha greeted me as soon as I entered the lobby.

"Hi," I greeted her back, trying to squash the nausea that was building.

"Are you done with rounds?" She asked.

I nodded.

Cha led me towards their office. "The admin staff are aware that you'll be coming in today. The boys also know that you're coming."

"Do the boys know my name?" I asked.

Just curious.

"No. I haven't told them. Should I inform them before you meet them?"

I shook my head. "No, Cha. I was just wondering."

We walked towards the office and Cha introduced me to the people who were there. I greeted them hello, a little relieved that I do not know a single person.

"I'll introduce you to the boys in a while, okay?" Cha told me.

I just nodded. It's really okay if you won't introduce me to them, Cha. Promise.

"Doc?"

Uh oh.

I turned around. It was Ate Rose.

"Hi," I meekly greeted her.

"Ate Rose, you know her?" Cha asked.

Ate Rose looked baffled. "She's-"

"Let's go see the boys?" I asked Cha. "Hi, Ate. It was nice seeing you," I told her, giving her a hug. She hugged me back.

Phew.

"You know ate Rappl?" Cha asked, a little puzzled.

"We go way back," I answered. Way back like many years ago when I used to come here in ShowBT because Sejun was here.
