They've been doing this since 16
In 16- they introduced noob, she never came back
In 17- doctor, the cook cheddar, they never came back
In 18- novisor aiden aidens roommate and Duncan, they never came back
In 19- dum, she's only in the among us adventures and that's not canon
In 20- qwirty and hornsly will most likely be one time characters
And we havent seen blue and not orange in a while too
If they are going to introduce us to new characters then introduce them to us and don't only show them to us for one ep
