My eyes flutter open reluctantly as my eyelids feel heavy, but I'm conscious. "Y/n darling, are you awake?" A familiar velvety voice purrs into my ear. "hUh- Oh. Hi Hisoka." I smile, trying to locate him.
It's just now that I'm realizing I'm in someone's lap, strong arms wrapped around my waist. I struggle the tiniest bit but he doesn't seem to want to let go. I take a good look around to take in my surroundings. Lot's of trees, people, and a huge gate..?
"Uh...where are we exactly?" I ask him, trying to crane my neck to look at him. "Waiting for the second phase to start, of course." He chuckles softly.

"Hm, right over there." He loosens his grip so I can go see my brother. I turn around to wave before I rush over to the tree that Leorio is laid up against, surrounded by Gon and Kurapika.
"Oh hey Y/n!" Gon waves with a grin as I approach. "Y/n, are you alright?" Kurapika nods his head, gesturing to Hisoka. "Oh yeah I'm fine!" I smile then turn to Leorio. "Jeez, what happened to him?" I giggle.
"Hisoka and Leorio kind of got into a little fight..." Gon says as he rubs the back of his neck nervously. "See Leorio, I told you you'd get your ass beat!" I drop down to my knees to inspect his swollen cheek.
