We all walk out onto the rocky canyon top and Menchi explains what to do when dropping into the pit... but other applicants don't listen, like complete dumbasses, and fall to their deaths.
Normally I would use my nen wings but they're still energizing so I can't risk it.
Hisoka is turned around! Perfect chance to get away, just for a second-
"Y/n darling are you trying to skip out on me?" A hand grabs my wrist firmly and pulls me back. "Oh uh, n-no! I just was going to thank Gittarackur for earlier!" I stammer with a smile. "Hm, I see." He glares darkly at pin head as he lets go of my wrist.
"Hey." I smile as I walk up to 'Gittarackur' "Hello Y/n, what's the occasion?" He asks with a tiny grin.

I leap head first into the canyon, which is much deeper than I expected, and cling onto one of the webs.
About thirty others jump down along with Gon, who lands right beside me. "Hello Y/n-Chan!" He beams, dimples forming on his cheeks. "Hello Gon!" I reply with a grin.
OH MY FUCKING GOD HE'S SO PRECIOUS!!!!

The web starts to fray beneath all the weight. "Fuck this I'm letting go!" Someone shouts as several people let go and fall to their deaths. "Everyone wait! Just a few more seconds!" Gon frantically yells.
Of course I listen, I trust him with my life! I know I just met him but he just has that trustworthy personality!

A small breeze causes a strand of my hair to fly up ever so slightly. "Now!" Gon shouts and lets go, me following.
I dive down and grab an egg, clutching onto it for dear life.
A huge gush of wind carries me up and floats me elegantly over the side of the canyon. I land hard on the ground, rolling while cradling the egg to make sure it doesn't crack.
Owwwww! I think I cut my leg on a rock!!!!
I get up and put the egg under my arm while I inspect the wound. On my calf there's a rip in my jeans where blood is oozing out of a fresh cut. Thankfully it's not long, but it's deep.

After putting the eggs in the pot to boil we all get to eat them, I give my egg to Gon though, he deserves it!
"Heyyyyyy Y/n!!!!!" Leorio comes running towards me. "You have to try this it's soooo good!" He whines and shoves his egg in my face. "Geez okay!" I take a bite of the egg and my eyes widen. "Good right!" I nod my head in excitement as I'm still chewing. '
Suddenly his voice drops to a low. "I don't think you should be hanging around Hisoka anymore Y/n." "Huh? Why?" I tilt my head.

"I mean, the first phase you got through easily, especially with help from pin head over there. And, the second phase was cooking which you're amazing at! Who knows, if the next phase involves dancing you're all set!" He complains about my talents.

"Yeah you were a stripper but that's basically dancing!" He shouts in annoyance. "Hey hey! Keep it down dude!" I wave my arms around frantically. He was way too loud saying that!
