"Unfortunately, she can't in her condition. The rules forbid her from participating."

"That rule only applies to test administrators. Let me take the guardian's test and it won't matter."

"Wait, the guardian's test?" You asked aloud. "You mean there's another-"

"I'll take the guardian's test if you promise you will allow Michelle Light to participate."

"This is unusual. How do you know about the test?" Hansung Yu asked.

"I'm from the Khun family. Does that answer your question?"

"The guardian's test is extremely difficult. It would be a lot easier to take the normal test."

"It won't be a problem! We can beat any stupid test you put in front of us!" Rak yelled out.

"Yeah!" You said with sudden confidence. "We can do it!"

"Your confidence is taller than the tower," Hansung Yu started, "Even still, it seems you're not aware of the other condition. There's only one who is qualified to open the tower doors on their own. The only one who can negotiate to take the guardian's test is an irregular.

"But that means..." Khun trailed off.

"If you understand, then take your seat."

"Excuse me!" Bam called out. "Let me be the one to see the guardian."

"You were listening to us, then."

"Yes. I was." Bam stood up and continued. 'Wait... is Bam... an irregular?' He looked down at the table in front of him. "I... I'm a... Well, I'm an irregular." Everyone's eyes, including your own, widened with shock. There was a bit of commotion.

"Come with me, right now," Hansung Yu said with a mischievous smile. Bam followed the test director to another room, as everyone else exited the hall.

"Um... so what's an irregular?" Narae asked innocently. 'This poor girl... she's so innocent...'

"It's pretty simple," Shibisu chimed in, "It's someone who came here all by themselves as opposed to being chosen like all of us were."

"So is that a bad thing?"

"Well, first off they've broken the rules. Second, it's said that a great calamity will strike any time an irregular appears at the tower."

"If we end up helping that guy, then we'll become outcasts as well!" Some green pickle looking dude shouted.

"One can hope that's all that would happen," Lero Ro said, "I'd like to point out that you're currently being offered a choice in the matter."

"And what's that?" Endorsi asked.

"If you all assist Bam and you're actually able to pass the test, you'll earn the right to climb the tower by the shortest and quickest route. But just know you'll be branded as an accomplice of an irregular for the rest of your life. What's your choice?"

"The choice is obvious! We won't help him after all. What has he ever done for any of us?" The green guy continued yelling.

"Well for starts, you passed a test thanks to Bam," Hatz grumbled.

"Yeah! And I don't care if I'm an outcast or considered an enemy of the tower. Irregular or not, Bam's my friend. I'll stick to his side," you said as you glared at the green guy. "He's my friend, and I'll help him regardless."
