As If I'd Ever Fall For You: Khun x (fem)Reader

You slowly opened your eyes from the sun that shined through the window. 'Ugh... Why are the curtains opened? I always close them... Besides, the sun doesn't hit my window in the morning...' You rubbed your eyes and realized that something was lying on top of you. 'Wait a minute... where am I?' You jolted up and realized that it was one of Khun's jackets that were draped over you. You glanced around the room and realized that you were, in fact, in Khun's room. You blinked a few times as heat rose to your face and you mentally screamed. 'Holy sh- I slept in Khun's bed? D-did that mean we slept together...?' You slapped both of your cheeks. 'Get it together, (name)!'

"Hey, you're up," you heard a voice. You turned and saw that Khun just walked in.

"Oh! Uh... yeah..." You said as you rubbed the back of your neck. "I uh... I'm sorry for falling asleep here..."

"Its fine," Khun said as he turned his head away. There was a hint of pink on his cheeks. "Just get ready; we're going to be taking a test here soon."

"R-right, right. Sorry about that." You stretched and got up, then walked across the hall to your own room. As you reached into your closet, you picked out your favorite quarter length sleeved shirt and a pair of pants.

After you got dressed, you walked out into the common area, and were about to pull back your hair. At least, you were going to, but Khun stopped you and did it himself; he even used his old blue bandana to do so.

"There. It would probably hold up better that way," Khun said as he crossed his arms and looked away. Heat rose up to your face again.

"Oh. T-thank you, Khun." You smiled softly. "I never realized that you were so great with hair. I should come to you more often, then!"

"Come on, lovebirds, we've got a test to take," Dan remarked.

"W-we're not a couple!" Your face reddened as you waved your hands in defense. "Besides, if that's the case, then you must be a couple with that toy you're always messing with on your device." You pointed at the device that Dan held. "You're always so attached to it. Are you sure you're not the one in a relationship?" That shushed Dan up.

"Tch... How annoying," Ran grumbled.

"Aww, Khun's little brother must be jealous because he's not getting my attention for being picked on," you gushed as you ruffled up the shorter Khun family member's hair. Had it been Dan, Novick, or even Khun, Ran would've started a fight with whoever was ruffling up his hair; but since it was you, he allowed it.

Everyone was taking the test together. Khun put Ran and Dan together, and you with Novick and Gyetang. Just then, cannons were blasting all around. You, Novick, and Gyetang all laid low against the bottom of the trench.

"This is... fun..." You sighed. "To be safe up in a lighthouse, instead of being down here in the middle of crossfire..."

"How's your end, Novick?" You heard Khun over Novick's pocket.

"Nothing much yet," Novick replied, "There's nothing much I can do if I don't know where the enemy is. I never imagined they could tunnel underground. They're the worst type of enemy to face at a march battle."

"Yeah... even as a scout, it's pretty hard to keep track of the enemy if they're underground..." You added.

"We don't know where they'll pop up in this vast area... We might lose without even getting to try anything. And what's Dan doing?"

"Ugh! This is so boring!" You complained. The three of you sat there for what felt like forever. 'I could be doing something useful, but noooooooo. I have to be stuck here doing nothing. The other team just had to create underground tunnels. The one thing I can't track. Go figure.'
