After taking a boat, the group was now in the UAE. You were stuck in the middle seat - shocker - so you leaned across Jotaro to look out the window. "The houses are huge!" "Every house we see is like a mansion." "All the houses here would cost 3 or 4 billion yen in Tokyo." Your mouth dropped. "B-Billion?!" "Apparently, this is the norm for the people here." You kept staring at the houses but that feeling of being watched creeped into your mind. You turned to Kakyoin, who looked uncomfortable. "You feel it too, right?" He nodded. "What's wrong." You glanced at Jotaro. "Like we're being watched." "Well with that in mind, I've been thinking about our route from here. About 100 kilometers northwest is a village called Yarpline. Because of the desert and the mountains, the road is curved and will take 2 days by car. So the villagers use a Cessna to travel." Mr. Joestar tapped the map. "We should go to the village, buy a Cessna, and cross the Arabian desert." "Doesn't that seem a bit risky?" "This way would eliminate the risk of injuring innocent people or having us crash. If we have a Cessna, I can pilot it and it would reduce our travel time." You frowned. "I don't want to get on a Cessna with a man who's been through 3 plane crashes." You cringed at the memory of the plane crash at the beginning of the journey. "Anyways, we need to cross the desert to get to the village. It'll take a day by camel." "Camels?! Hold on. A Cessna's one thing but camels?!" "I've never ridden a camel before." "Haha! Leave it to me. I know them very well and will teach you how to ride them. Just sit back and relax." You leaned back but that feeling was driving you nuts. A quick look wouldn't hurt. Your Stand emerged and grabbed your face; when your foreheads connected, that familiar vision of white took over before you began to see images: a night sky but the sun replaced the moon, an endless sea of sand, and then the sky again but it was cracked. You felt hot, your skin was almost burning, and laughter filled your ears before you were brought back to the present. "Are you alright?" "You're pale." "What did you see?" You wiped your forehead and noticed you were sweating. "I saw the night sky but the sun was still up, we were stuck in the desert, and then the sky was cracked. And I felt like I was burning and there was laughter and-" You shook your head. "I think we will be encountering a Stand User. We should be very careful as we cross the desert."

You watched as Polnareff tried to interact with a camel, but you were failing to keep your laughter contained. "(Y/N), it's not funny! They stink! How are we even supposed to get on them?" "With camels, you have to make them sit first and then get on." Mr. Joestar said before tugging on the reins of the camel; it didn't budge. He tried again but nothing happened. "You make them... sit first... and then get on!" The four of you watched as Mr. Joestar was failing miserably to get the camel to sit. You covered your mouth with your hand to keep from laughing but it was no use. "Don't laugh at me! Sit down, damn it!" You turned into Jotaro's arm and started laughing. "You said you've ridden one of these, right?" "I've seen them do it in the movies. I know very well how to ride a camel!" You stared at him in disbelief. "M-Movie? You've never ridden one before?!" "We're gonna die." The camel then covered him in slobber and you cringed. "It's good sunscreen! Haha!" He then walked over to his bag and dug out an apple. "Doesn't this look delicious?" He led the camel down and it finally sat; he looked at you triumphantly. "See! If you take time to understand the animal, it'll sit down!" He then got on and cheered. But it was short lived as the camel basically dragged him around. "Good grief." You walked over to your camel and pet his neck. "Nice, camel. It's alright." You gently tugged on its reigns and it sat down. "Good Job!" You grabbed the (Y/F/C) scarf you bought in town from your bag before securing it to the saddle and climbed on. "Woah!" It stood up and you wrapped the scarf around you to protect you from the sun. "Look I'm doing it! Yahoo!" You walked around a bit and the smile on your face grew. "Alright, looks like everyone got on smoothly as I planned. Lets get through the desert, everyone!" He pointed to his right but everyone turned left and started walking "Hey, hey, hey, hey!!!"

You had been walking for what felt like forever. Kakyoin looked around. "Something's wrong. I still can't shake the feeling someone's watching us." You nodded in agreement and stretched your neck a bit. "I think you too are a bit paranoid... there's no where anyone could possibly hide and the palm trees are covering our tracks." "No, he's right. Jojo, maybe you could take a quick look." The group stopped and Jotaro pulled out his binoculars and his Stand to look around. "No there's nothing here. But something feels off..." "Let's hurry up and go." "Hmm. As soon soon as the sun goes down, we'll stop and put up our tents." "Man it's hot! It's 50 degrees Celsius." You felt yourself start to sweat. "It's always hot at this time of day." You looks down at your watch and your eyes widened. "It's 8:10." "What?" "Mine says ten after eight as well." "My visions! Remember, I said it felt like I was burning and the sun had replaced the moon in the night sky!" You looked around and noticed that the sky was slightly darker than it normally would be. "It's a Stand! It has to be." "I-Impossible! The thermometer just jumped 10 degrees!" "We need to find shelter or we're going to overheat!" You watched as the sun continued to rise and the temperature with it. "Get behind those rocks." You all ran over and leaned against the rocks. "At this rate... we'll be boiled overnight and kill us!" "It won't take that long." You watched as the camels began to sway a bit. "How can we even fight the Stand? It's too hard to judge how far away it is!" "The quickest way to settle this, is by taking out the user." Your mind was starting to get jumbled because of the heat and the camels collapsed. "I'll use Hierophant Green to see how far the Stand is." It climbed closer and closer until the sun shot lava at you. You grabbed Kakyoin as he fell and tried to heal him as best as you could; Polnareff used his Stand to block the falling lava and Jotaro used his to punch a hole in the ground. You quickly scrambled in and frowned at the slightly cooler air. "That aim was perfect, which means they have to be watching us. Where are they?!" "Shut up, Polnareff." You were panting at how hot it was. "I-I can't.... think." You took the scarf off your head and scrunched your shirt up so your stomach was showing. Think. Come on, think! Mr. Joestar was freaking out and you knew you only had a few minutes left before you passed out from the heat. All of a sudden, Kakyoin began laughing. You stared at him in concern; then Jotaro started laughing and then Polnareff. "Why are you laughing?! Oh my god! Everyone's finally lost it." You kicked Mr. Joestar. "Not everyone." You then looked out and saw two perfectly identical rock formations a couple hundred feet apart. "Oh my god." You grabbed Jotaro and shook him a bit. "Hey! Jotaro! Snap out of it!" You then picked up a rock and handed it to him. "I saw a cracked night sky in my vision. And look." You pointed to the rocks. "It's a mirror." He pushed past Mr. Joestar and used his Stand to hurl the rock. It broke through and you sighed in relief. "Huh?! A hole appeared in the air?" "Good grief you pathetic old man. (Y/N)'s vision, remember?" The night sky finally appeared and you closed your eyes as the cool air surrounded you. "How long do you plan on staying in that hole?" You frowned and opened one eye to see Jotaro staring at you. You grabbed the scarf off the ground and crawled out of the hole; you noticed that he was blushing. "What?" He pointed at your stomach and you saw that your shirt was still scrunched up; you pulled it down and he looked away. The group then walked over to the mirror and saw that the rock had knocked him out. "Serves him right." "He has A/C!" "And a water tank. We'll gladly take that." "Oh a drink!" Polnareff grabbed it. "Maybe you shouldn't drink that.." He ignored you and chugged it down. Mr. Joestar complained the whole way back to the camels about how it was already over and you didn't even know his name. "We should camp here for the night." Everyone was laughing and chatting away as they set up camp. "Are you Alright?" You looked up from your sleeping bag and saw Jotaro throw his down next to you. "I'm fine. Just tired. Are you okay?" He nodded and sat down. "Thank you." "What for?" "It was your visions that saved us." You blushed and got into your sleeping bag. "I-it was nothing. Really." He grunted before getting into his sleeping bag. "You're sleeping here?" He stared at you. "Why wouldn't I?" "I-I don't know." He rolled his eyes. "Good grief. Just close Your eyes and get some sleep." You rolled over and tried not to think about the man next to you. "I said go to sleep." "I can't sleep if you keep talking to me." You heard him grumble a bit. You felt a hand grab your hand that was on top of the sleeping bag. You rolled over and saw it was Jotaro but he was sleeping. You smiled and gave his hand a light squeeze before settling back in, closing your eyes, and letting sleep overtake you.
