You looked up at the man standing before you. He was tall and the way his silver hair was styled definitely added onto his height, but what caught your eye were his earrings that looked like a heart broken in half with each half on each ear. "You're annoying. Leave us alone." You looked back at Jotaro. "There's no need to be rude, Jotaro! Of course we'll help!" Mr. Joestar said and patted the extra seat beside him. The man took his seat and sent a wink your way. You cringed a bit before looking back down at your menu. "What do you want? A dish with fish, duck, shark fin, and mushrooms? I'll just order for us." Mr. Joestar stated before ordering a bunch of things off the menu. The server took your menu and you stared down at your drink. "You're quiet again." You glanced at Jotaro from the corner of your eye. "That french guy is giving me bad vibes. I know I can't see stands or other crazy things you can see, but I know when something is wrong and my gut says something is wrong." "Maybe you're still just shaken up from the accident." You glanced at Kakyoin then back down at your drink. "Maybe." You were brought out of your thoughts by several dishes being placed on the table. You tried so hard to suppress your laughter but we're failing miserably. "I don't remember ordering anything with frogs." Avdol states and Jotaro frowns. "I knew this would happen damn it." Everyone is looking at Mr. Joestar, who just shrugs in response. "Oh well! It's all on me so eat up!" Everyone hesitantly reached to taste something. You reached out for a little piece of fish and were surprised at how good it was. "Well this certainly is amazing. I mean it's almost artistic! Just look at the carrots they've cut into stars. It reminds me of something...." Everyone at the table froze. "Ah I remember now! There's someone I know who has a star-shaped birthmark at the base of their neck. Know anyone like that?" You looked around confused. "Umm... I'm sorry. Am I missing something?" You asked quietly. "Mr. Joestar!Look out! Magicians Red!" Avdol yelled as the table was flipped over. Jotaro grabbed you and pulled you to his chest as he jumped away from the table. You watched as the table was on fire but in the shape of a clock. "What Just happened?" You asked. "Their Stand is a swordsman. He tried to kill the old man but Avdol reacted faster." "My stand is the chariot card and his name is Silver Chariot!" He points at you. "(Y/N) (Y/L/N). You were to be disposed of first! But I can't bring myself to harm a beautiful woman. So you, Mohammad Avdol, will be disposed of first!" You tensed and Jotaro's grip on your arms tightened. "I've carved a clock into that table. Before that clock hits 12, you will be a dead man." You watched as the two circled each other a few times. The French man threw up 4 coins and your group watched as they were frozen and perfectly aligned in mid air along with the fire Avdol had sent his way. "I see you're an excellent swordsman..." The French man chuckled. "Oh how rude of me to not introduce myself! I am Jean Pierre Polnareff!" He suddenly disappeared and reappeared in the restaurant's doorway. "I'm sure I don't have to state why we cannot fight here. Follow me!" He exclaimed before walking out. Everyone shared a look before Mr. Joestar placed some money on one of the tables and everyone rushed out of the building. "He knows my name. How the fuck did he know my name?!" You asked and everyone looked at you. "We can only assume that Dio knows who you are, that you're with us, and has told the users he's sent after us." You groaned in frustration. "How annoying. I can't even do anything!" "You're associated with the Joestars now; that makes you a target. And because you can't fight, that makes you an easy target." You glanced at Jotaro then back ahead. "What the hell is this!?" Mr. Joestar exclaimed and Polnareff just laughed. "I believe they call this Tiger Balm garden." Kakyoin states. You looked around in awe as the group entered a relatively open space and Polnareff turned to face you. "A prediction if I may. Monsieur Avdol, you will die here; devoured by the flames of your very own stand." Jotaro took a step forward. "Avdol..." "Jotaro, this is not your fight. Just make sure (Y/N) doesn't get hurt. In an open space like this, there's nothing to prevent me from using my stand at full force." Jotaro stepped back and placed himself in front of you. You stepped to the side a bit to see around his wide frame. The two began fighting and although you couldn't exactly see it, you could tell it was intense. You watched as a few fireballs were sent towards Polnareff only to be deflected and hit the statue behind Avdol. Your eyes widened at the new statue: a human body, its arms crossed over its chest, and a bird-like head. "That bastard! He used the fireballs to carve a statue of Avdol's stand!" Polnareff chuckled. "Well look at that. In a place like this, I'd say that your fiendish face fits right at home." Avdol changed his stance and you could feel an intense heat hitting you. "Here it comes! You can use your full power but know that it will never be enough!" "Everyone, get behind something now!" Mr. Joestar yelled before moving away. "What are you talking about?" You asked. "Crossfire... hurricane!" Avdol yelled; Kakyoin ran after Mr. Joestar. Jotaro's eyes widened before he grabbed your arm and pulled you back behind a statue. "What's going on?" Your eyes widened as Avdol fell to the floor. "Avdol!" You rushes forward but was pulled back by Jotaro. "Let go! He needs help!" "(Y/N), look!" You were shocked to see smoke emitting from Polnareff's body and Avdol stood back up. "He used the statue as a decoy to hit the stand." You watched the two exchange words before Avdol yelled out "Crossfire Hurricane!" again and Polnareff's eyes widened before he was thrown back. "Yes! Way to go Avdol!" You cheered. "The flames must have melted through his stand!" "That's one hell of a bird. I bet he's dead or wishes he was. He's not getting up from that." Jotaro said. You realized that he was still holding your arm and you blushed. "Umm... Jojo? Could you um..." He looked down and you saw the tips of his ears go red. He quickly released you and Kakyoin turned to walk away. "If he is alive, he'll be on his back for months. Losing your stand is a massive trauma." You couldn't help but look back at the now unconscious French man. "Now then, Mr. Joestar. Let's continue our journey to Egypt." The group began to walk away but you were still staring at Polnareff. Something's wrong. Jotaro turned back to you. "(Y/N)?" Suddenly, Polnareff was flung into the sky and started laughing. "Uh guys! I don't think he's dead!" The group watched as he landed back on his feet, a large smile on his face. "Bravo! Bravo! That was amazing! But like I said earlier, it wouldn't be enough."
