Before I could open my phone to reply I saw that Kevin had taken my phone (Kevin's also apart of your friend group and a major flirt. He usually teases and flirts with you the most since he likes you), "Kevin! Give me back my phone!" I exclaim upset, not trying to be quiet since the class was kind of loud, "Who's Toby and why's he got hearts and a bee emoji by his name?" he asked kind of upset. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my phone from him, "None of your business." I muttered "Bri-" he started, before he was cut off by Oscar coming to save me, "Leave the girl alone, Kevin. She's not dating you, she doesn't have to tell you everything." he said as he dragged me to where he and Jess were sitting.

"Thanks, brother from another mother." I said as I sat down on the desk next to Oscar, across from Jess. "You're welcome, and if he ever bothers you again like that, tell me okay?" he said protectively as I nodded. "Jesus, he doesn't leave you alone." Jess said creeped out "Yeah, I always get so uncomfortable around him now. I used to be fine with him until he started acting like a perv." I said as a chill went down my spine, "So what happened that made him take your phone?" Oscar asked, "Oh, I got a text from Toby and he got upset that his name had hearts and a bee emoji." I said showing him my lock screen with Toby's message notification still there. "Who's Toby?" Jess chimed in with a smirk on her face, "He's my online best friend, he's 17 and lives in England." I answer casually, "Do you like him?" Jess asks giggling, "Of course I don't, Jess. You're so weird." I roll my eyes playfully, "If you don't like him then who do you like?" she asks curiously, "I don't like anyone right now, especially after... you know what." I whisper into her ear. She quickly realized what I what I meant and changed the subject.
