"I know that you're unstable."
The wind blew his luscious black locks back, revealing his black orbs that were locked to my lips.
"But I just can't help myself..."
He gently tilted my chin up and leaned in, sealing our lips together.
"I love you...
I was confused but happy to see him laugh over something. I had expected something totally different, but this was good, at least, he was smiling. He turned to you. Eyes puffy and red like he had just cried over a crush. Of course, he was completely heartbroken. But he felt good inside. The stress of him confessing feeling his love to me and me declining his confession was gone. It had passed and he accepted it.
But deep down inside of him, he was sad. Completely crushed, but he knew someone else was out there from him and he got the answer he needed. He felt completed. At least he wasn't drowned in worry that I might reject him. He smiled as he walked towards me. I watched awkwardly as he came closer, not knowing what to do. Since I had just rejected him. To be honest, I didn't even know if it's normal to be this happy after someone rejected you.
This is normal, right?
He sighed as he pulled you in for a hug. At first, I was stiff as I patted him back. Comforting him. But soon, I just melted into the hug. It looked like things were almost back to normal. At least our relationship was still intact. After all, I was not ready to let him go.
"I hope you're not this awkward around me." He chuckled, "Or else people would think something's up."
I smiled as I patted his head. Messing up his black hair in the process. He hummed, leaning his head onto my shoulders. A wave of relief washed over me. I felt rather safe in his arms. Knowing that nothing was going to change between us.
"Oh. And also, you could have told me that you were dating Aizawa sooner. You made me act like a jerk to him for no reason at all."
I blinked in confusion, "What. I never noticed that. And if you knew I was dating someone already. Why did you confess to me? Knowing that I'll reject you."
He furrowed his brows, "I just figured that out. It took some thinking. I just thought it was the only logical answer." He smiled, making me sweat drop, "He was obviously in love with you. But you were completely oblivious."
I scratched the back of my neck, thinking about something, "And I thought I knew him."
"Well, not enough to see that he had a big fat crush on you." He smirked as he wiggles his brows mischievously, "I saw how he eyed your ass."
I blushed as I punched his chest playfully, making him chuckle childishly. As he tried to block my attacks over and over again. Shouting out things and begging for my mercy. We giggled as we stopped for a breather. Our throat was gutted from all the yelling. The whole world might have heard Asher's whiny voice.
"I'm glad that you're still with me."
I smiled, "I'll always be with you." I winked at him, "I was the one who built you back up anyways."
He whined as he covered his face, "And I thought I had just gotten over you!" He cried out, "Why do you have to do this to me, [Y/N]!?"
I chuckled, "I am an attractive fellow after all." I turned to him, "Now go wash your eyes with cold water before people question why your eyes are so red."

I smiled as I walked down the sidewalk. Ash decided to head home first. Leaving me behind. At least he had taken my stuff, meaning my hands were free. When we had gone back in, a lot of people noticed Asher's puffy eyes. But only a handful of them had asked what happen. And I responded with, 'He slammed his toe at the wall. He cried like a baby.' And somehow, they bought it. Offending the black-haired male. He got over it quickly when someone offered him donuts. I smiled at the thought.
It was getting dark. The sun was about to set, bringing an array of colors. I shook my head, remembering that I had to meet up with Shota. And I didn't have time to admire the sunset right now. Even if it's golden time. He had been waiting for a few hours now. I walked down the sidewalk, successfully dodging any paparazzi.
I knew I was getting close when I smelled fresh salt in the air. I brought my trench coat closer to me. It was pretty winding this evening. I scanned my surrounding as I tried to find a black-haired male with very bad eye bags. I raised a brow when I spotted him leaning against the silver railing. His back was facing me as he admired the beautiful sunset.
He could be an amazing aesthetic photo. I walked over to the man, sneaking up behind him. Ready to scare the living shit out of him. I smirked as I yelled, waiting for a reaction. I blinked as I looked at him, getting no emotions out of him at all. I jumped over the railing, besides the man in question. I glanced at him.
"What? Are you upset, Shota?"
He hummed, "You scared me."
My sweat dropped as I closed my eyes, giving him a small smile, "You don't have to say you're scared just for me." I chuckled, "But I was a bit surprised when you didn't react."
He nodded, "Yeah. You should sign up to be a clown at those Birthday parties." I watched him smirk a little bit, "Oh, wait. You're scarier than them."
I was about to talk back to him. And try to defend me, but I took one look at him and excused it wouldn't be a good time to do that. It looked like he had something in his mind. And I didn't want to distribute his thoughts. So, we fell into a peaceful silence. Enjoying each other's company. That was until he turned to me with a frown.
"Who is Merikh to you?"
