Is activated when you make a guess or theory at a situations.

Any first guess made by someone, the stand will generate fake evidence to support that assumption. No matter how crazy their first guess might be.

With the more you believe it, the more fake evidence is generated. Further support your incorrect theory.

Example:

If your chasing someone, you see two different ways they could have went but your not sure which. You just guess they went left, "Can't explain" will generate sound coming the left side and even foot prints.

Despite the fact they really down the right path.

"can't explain" is used confuse and misdirected people, tricking them to waste time on things that aren't true.

Can be used to play people against each other. If they think someone is dangerous or shady when their not, "can't explain" will create false signs the point to them.

Weakness -

Not suited for direct combat. Low power & precision.

Only activate when the victims does not know, and just guess or make a theory.

If multiple people are affected, they may have different first guess . different evidence will manifest to each assumption.

If the victims compare each other evidence, they might realize something suspicious.

If they start to doubt or second think, the false evidence will gradually start to fade away.

Thinking of a second theory, will cause the fake evidence of the first one to fade away.
