The turbines are white & yellow.
When in not use, just passively circle around the user.

Turbine-
When the turbines attached themselves to a nearby surface, it will instantly generate rapid amount of thrust. The thrust forcing the thing in the direction they were struck on.
The more turbines that are stuck onto the same surface the more force is exerted in that direction. Potentially sending a objects or even people airborne.
The turbine is useful for creating distance between the user and enemies by quickly pushing them away.
Could potentially restrain enemies by the turbine pinning them against a surfaces like a wall.
Could help move heavy objects, like a car.
Weakness -
Main weakness is of the jets is that its really imprecise.
Once a turbine attached itself to something, the user will have a difficulty controlling it. Does not regain more control until recalled or reached the range limit.
People with turbine on them, can kind of redirect the turbine direction to go to their advantage.
The user could hold down to the environment to attempt weigh themselves down.
