The Bloody Mansion looked the same way as before. Nothing has changed since her journey to Hell. Although Hailie was back on Earth for over a week, it was the first time she had a chance to gaze again at her house. It made her more than happy, mostly because she was finally discharged from the hospital. She even stopped by to Amy to say goodbye and let her know that she can write to her anytime. Neither Molly nor her parents were happy to see them talk to each other, but Hailie decided to give Amy a second chance. Maybe it was driven by her emotions, but Hailie felt sorry that Amy had no one by her side. And Hailie knew that feeling way too well.

"Here we are." Dad helped her get out of the car. "Do you need anything? Should I walk you to the door?"

"I'm fine, dad, but thanks." She started walking in the direction of the house and Molly joined her side.

"Oh, I hate hospitals," she sighed. "Good to have you back home."

Hailie laughed, "I want to kindly remind you that this is my house, actually." Molly opened the door for her, and once the sisters entered the house, they smelled the delicious smell of dinner. "Whoa! Mum and dad made something delightful!"

"I don't think so." Molly frowned. They were in the hospital the whole morning.

Curious, they followed the scent to the kitchen, and what they saw was no surprise to Hailie. She started laughing happily, as Gluttony approached her to give her a big welcoming hug.

"Who's that man, Hailie?" Molly asked uncertainly. He was quite big, and he was in the house, while nobody else was.

Their parents walked to the kitchen as well, both interested in what's happening.

"It's my pleasure to meet Hailie's family. I'm Tony, her friend from college." He walked to everyone to shake their hands. "Forgive me for this intrusion, but Pride told me that Hailie's coming back tomorrow, and I couldn't help myself. I've made dinner, and desserts, for all of you."

Hailie's parents gazed at each other, not really sure what to say about this. Indeed, the table in the kitchen was full of dishes of every kind. And those desserts, they looked like they were taken from a candy shop. Did he really make them? Such a talent!

"I don't know what to say. Simple thank you seems not enough!" Mrs. Millis exclaimed.

"Young boy, that's unbelievable." Mr. Millis looked around. "You've made it all by yourself? You must've been in the kitchen all morning!"

"Thank you for the compliments, but it was my pure pleasure. I love cooking and preparing desserts. I'd have done even more, but you come quickly." Tony gazed at the clock.

"No need, it's already too much!" Mrs. Millis said. "Please, you must sit with us." She came closer, looking into his happy eyes. He was so full of joy!

Gluttony took a moment to think about it. He turned to look at the gas stove. The chops were already ready. He quickly turned it off and checked the rice.

"Yes, alright, I can stay a little bit, I suppose. Thank you for that kind offer."

"Do you need any help? Molly, get the table ready." Mrs. Millis ordered.

"I'll accompany her." Hailie blinked to Gluttony. She knew that now her mum would ask him a lot of questions about recipes and his cooking skills.

While Molly took the plates, Hailie managed to get to the dining room. She sat by the table, too tired to walk any longer. She just wished for her full strength to come back.

"I thought you were a loner, but it seems you have lots of friends," Molly commented, thinking about all the people she met up to this moment. "Police officer, cheerful blonde, incredibly hot roommate and now a cooking master. Where do you take from all those people? They're extraordinary!"
