sarai heard the door bell ring, she got up from the couch trying to wipe away the tears that kept flowing. she unlocked the door to see vinnie standing at the door with chocolates, ice cream and a teddy bear. "vinnie" sarai manages to let out of her sobs, vinnie dropped the items on the kitchen bench and picked up sarai in a bear hug. "aww love, it's gonna be okay. i know it hurts now but he will come around" vinnie comforts as he wipes sarai's tears away. "how do you know that?" she whispers into vinnie's chest, "because he'd be silly to let a beautiful girl like you go because he doesn't trust you" and they both move to the couch. they sat on opposite ends of the couch, "thank you vinnie for coming over and letting me cry on your shirt, even after everything i put you through" sarai apologised wiping her tears with the tissues in her hand.

"sarai, i will always be here for you no matter what and i should be the one apologising for bringing everything to social media" vinnie apologises as he moves to sit next to sarai pulling her close into a hug. "to be honest with you ray, after the youtube video we filmed and you said we are like best friends and you couldn't see us dating i lost hope and started to block you off as a protective mechanism. like my mind went straight to what's the point of continuing to get to know someone if they aren't going to be my girlfriend and that mindset is completely stupid and i now realise that i would rather have you as a friend than not" said vinnie as he rubs circles on sarai's shoulder.

"if we want to go back there, i want to tell you i really liked you but i was too scared to tell you and be vulnerable with you about my feelings in fear of rejection and if only i manned up enough maybe we wouldn't have spent the last 4 months hating each other. i wonder what our lives would be like if we both manned up?"

"well let's not get into the what if's situation and let's just focus on now and our friendship now" vinnie exclaims as he pecks sarai's forehead. "thank you vinnie, i really appreciate you"
