anthony, noah and blake arrived together. the others had already arrived and the girls night had begun. "hey bestie" noah pulled sarai in for a hug, "hey noah" she responded muffled into his chest, "i see you have settled in back at home" he teased and dixie laughed, "i am not that messy" sarai argued giving them the finger. "oh nope you definitely are" anthony agreed. sarai responded by flipping them off.

everyone gathered in their lounge room with the food in front of them. "sooooo give us the holiday gossip" madi cheered as she takes a bite of her in and out. the others eagerly listening in, sarai looked at avani trying to get her to start the story. avani was staring at addison to start and so there was this awkward silence. anthony rolled his eyes, "so we went to the maldives with hype house, vinnie's gf emily, addi and bryce" he began, "basically vinnie and sarai are besties again" and everyone clapped in excitement. "what did you mean when you weren't sold in emily" nessa asked avani, "well she's nice but she wouldn't leave vinnie's side and so basically vinnie had no time with sarai" and everyone nodded. "ok sure, but it's not like i needed to be with vinnie 24/7. like all my other friends were there and it was fun to hang with everyone again without that awkward tension because of vinnie and i. it was nice to also hang with vinnie without feeling like he hates me" sarai explains and everyone agreed. "but having said that, vinnie always mentioned in his texts that emily and him would always be there for me, but what i felt with emily the whole trip was awkward like i was gonna ruin her and vins relationship" sarai confessed, everyone was interpreting this in their heads.

"well it makes sense, emily is probably insecure or worried that vinnie still has feelings for you despite dating her" noah reasoned and sarai nodded, and addison spoke up "of course, but her interactions with sarai, avani, anthony, bryce and i almost seemed fake like she didn't care to try build a friendship like she had with the hype house."

"that's suspicious, that's weird" charli joked and everyone laughed. from then the group relaxed into their seats and switched on a movie. sarai was so content with everything that had happened and she smiled to herself. she was glad she had all these friends to surround her.
