Another Man's Property

Keigo rests in my bed, nursing our baby.

Dabi places a hand on my shoulder, signaling he wanted to talk to me privately. I give in hesitantly.

We sit down at the bar together, both sharing a bottle of whiskey.

"So how long have you two been...ya know," Dabi finally asks.

A shy to admit the real answer. It's be around 5 months since Keigo and I have gotten closer, sharing secret kisses, me admiring him from afar, bonding when his "boyfriend" wasn't around.

I take a nervous swig from the bottle before answering.
"He went into heat at Spring. I'm guessing that's when he got pregnant."

Dabi simply takes a long drink from the bottle. He eventually chuckles to himself, shaking his head. "To think how fucked up this is, I don't blame you. For a villain, you sure do like to play hero, don't ya?"

I stay silent, not wanting to set him off. I did fuck up. I fucked his boyfriend. But at the same time, I don't regret a single thing. I love Keigo. I love the baby we made together.

"What do you plan on doing then, huh? Since you're apparently a father now," he said in a dead tone.

I smile weakly to myself, watching as the bottle slowly becomes more empty. "Well, you mentioned All for One offering you the league, right? You can have it."

Dabi chuckles, quirking his eyebrow at me. "You serious? Gonna give up everything for him?"

"Absolutely," I say simply. "And our child. I'm gonna be the father I never had."

Dabi rolls his eyes. "I know he's good in bed but damn," he laughs. "Whatever man. Best of luck to ya."
