"The...the honeymoon suite?" Hange repeated, their tone horrified. "You expect me and my employee to stay in the honeymoon suite?"

(Y/N) hadn't even known that hotels offered honeymoon suites. What was the purpose of these kinds of rooms? Upon closer inspection, she realized that there were boxes of chocolate strawberries. In any normal circumstances, her stomach would have grumbled, causing her to want to eat at least one. But those strawberries...there was another meaning behind why they were in the room, right? (Y/N)'s gaze traveled to the jacuzzi, and she didn't know how to feel. She had never been in a jacuzzi before...but she didn't want to be in one while Hange was in the room. Other than the random flowers, chocolates, and red light, the room appeared normal. One bed, one jacuzzi near the terrace (which had a beautiful view), one dresser, and one TV. There was also a bathroom in the corner that (Y/N) would have to explore later. She felt herself heating up with every minute she spent in that room.

Honeymoon suites were often booked by couples right after their marriage...which meant that this room was designed specifically for...she looked over at Hange, wanting to melt into a puddle on the ground. This definitely was not helping the thoughts that she had earlier.

"We apologize. But this really is the only room we have. I thought it wouldn't have been a problem because your partner—"

"My partner? You mean my employee?" Hange stated, voice strained. "We barely even know each other."

"Oh, my sincerest apologies—"

"Can we at least get another bed?" Hange pleaded. They clearly would have rather jumped off the top of the building than sleep in a bed with her. (Y/N) felt a little insulted. Sure, she didn't want to sleep on the same bed with Hange but at least she was being civil about it.

"We don't offer makeshift beds," the clerk responded, apologetic. "There's not much I can do about this situation. However, I can refund half of your payment and give you a complimentary three-day stay for another time in the future."

"Fine. Just...just please leave us," Hange huffed. The bags had been wheeled into the room and they quickly went to their suitcase, dragging it towards the desk and chair area. There they pulled out their laptop, instantly beginning to read something they pulled up.

(Y/N) stood awkwardly to the side, once again at a loss for words. Sharing one room, sharing one bed, with the person who hated her...now that seemed like something out of a book. What did those characters normally do in those situations? They usually fought over who got to sleep on the bed, right? (Y/N) inhaled deeply. That was it. She would just have to sleep on the floor and offer the bed to Hange, that was the only way she would be able to get out of this situation.

"I'm going to send Erwin an email and request that he figure out a way to get us a new room," Hange muttered. "This is unacceptable. I can't believe they'd make such a mistake like this. We don't even look anything like a couple. As if I would want to date someone like you."

(Y/N) narrowed her eyes, feeling irked. "It's okay, you don't even have to think about that. I have a boyfriend, anyway."

Hange's fingers momentarily froze over the keyboard, and they stiffened. "Yet another lie you've told me. Go figure."

"What is that supposed to mean?" (Y/N) huffed, going over to the bed and opening her suitcase. The least she could do before it was time to explore the hotel and convention center was to organize all of her things. She needed everything meticulously placed so that she didn't feel scatterbrained.

"How did your boyfriend feel about you flirting with me back then, huh?" Hange taunted. "Or did you even let him know and lied to him too?"

"He only encouraged me," (Y/N) muttered. "Floch is greedy and no good."
