Today was... interesting?

First off, I only just now realized that there is a messaging system on 抖阴社区. And I've been using it for years at this point.

Welp.

The other thing was that the English dub of Cookie Run came out today. It's a game I started playing about a week and a half ago, and I've had a lot of fun with it.

Although I was totally expecting Custard Cookie to sound like Stingy from Lazy Town. Oh well.

Lastly, on a more serious note, I recently had a conversation with a member of the Kindle. They brought to my attention that if the 2022 war does happen, not only will both Mythicals and humans be hurt, but the majority of people who had no idea about Mythicals will be traumatized.

Nobody deserves instant trauma.

In truth, not every Mythical even believes the prophecy. For now, the MPA is treating it like it's real. But my opinion has since drifted away from the majority belief -- I believe we should try and STOP this war from happening. Try and make peace with humans, even if it goes horribly wrong.

I know it's gone wrong in the past, but I think we need to try again. For the future.

10/9/2021:

Oh boy.

My dad surprised us with some church leaders coming over for dinner. He literally told me and my sisters last minute, and to say the least I wasn't very ecstatic. But being upset wasn't going to change a thing, so like always, I acted like everything was normal.

He also made me and Wolfblood sister sweep the deck of the falling leaves outside. Our backyard deck is pretty big, for context. And when we finished it, he said we did a horrible job despite working for about two hours. He promised us four dollars each for us, but ended up not paying us.

Four dollars may not seem like much, but it is worth SOMETHING. Especially since my job at the MPA pays me in MSD -- or Mythical Space Dollars. Which is the MYTHICAL currency.

The only country that uses MSD regularly is "the Safe Place", which is literally in a pocket dimension of Earth. In the center of the Bermuda Triangle. And it's surrounded by fire for several miles. You either need to ride a Dragon or be some sort of fire-related Mythical to get in, but usually people just use Dragons.

If I was being paid USD, I would be probably be rich by now.

10/10/2021:

Surprisingly, even though I went to church today, it didn't feel like the main focus of my day. The main focus of my day is a lot more concerning than that.

See, my littlest sister ended up turning on the new My Little Pony movie in the living room. And I don't know why, but I sat through the entire thing. My littlest sister even left like halfway through to play Roblox.

And I unironically enjoyed the movie.

I don't even normally like movies. I often don't have the patience or time to sit through them. And I never liked MLP as a kid. So why is this happening now??? I'm so confused. My favorite character even ended up being the last character I expected. It's a wild ride I didn't expect to hop onto.

And I guess more than anything, I feel childish.

For today's entry, I'm going to use an experience I had to elaborate on a common misconception about Mythicals. Specifically, today I ran into a person who had brought up the Mythical "community" and how they didn't believe any of it.
