Tales of the headspace || OSDD -(thumbnail is random lol)

The police waked them all back home. It took about 25 minutes in total to get all the way back. Still no words from ???.

When they were in the car, all ??? could do was dissociate. It couldn't believe that it was actually being cared for again, it had spent so long on it's own, it felt like a dream. It was experiencing derealisation.

Everyone looked at the door when it opened but nobody expected ??? to be standing there with the two other people.

At once everyone got up to hug and say how grateful they were for it's return. ??? felt so happy at that moment, it couldn't have been a dream. This was real.

From that moment on, ??? never spoke again. It could only think of what trauma it had gone through. The fact it had been stripped of everything only to be given it back an entire year later. Being on the verge of suicide is not a nice experience.

Everybody tried their very best to make ??? feel comfortable back at the house again but it couldn't live normally after that.

Glair was indeed so happy to see ??? again. Wolf knew it. Nobody believed hir and ze was really upset at everybody for not believing hir sooner.

Blood did hold a grudge for that as they could've saved ??? much sooner but the thing was that it was safe now and there was no way to turn back time. What happened, happened and now there was no way to change it.

As Glair was ???'s best friend, wolf tended to spend a long time with it. Glair was ???'s only real comfort now.

Just the thought of going anywhere far without someone there next to it made ??? feel terrified. There was only a slim chance that it might happen again but then again, that was still a chance nonetheless.

It didn't want to experience that again. When it thought about it in the slightest it went right to Glair to calm down. Glair understood it. Glair was the only one who still believed ??? was out there still and that the police were wrong.

Never again did Glair trust the police. Blood found other ways around wolfs problems. ??? and Glair were inseparable from this day forward.
