When returning to the rooms with the multiple bunk beds, everyone was sitting on the ground with the lights off. (Y/N) sat by Wang considering that was the only person that she knew and notably the only one she trusted at the moment. Especially, after they all witnessed various people getting killed alongside them. Suddenly the buzz of the silver doors started opening with the same guards as before coming back in the same order. Causing the lights to turn back on. Everyone stood back up on their feet wondering what was going to happen next.

"Congratulations for making it through the first game. Here are the results of the first game." The guard manager said.

The flat-screen showed the number of 456 players, starting to decrease more quickly from 456 all of the way to 203.

"Out of 456 players. 255 players have been eliminated. 203 players have completed the first game."

A lot of people were in disbelief where countless people got on their knees staring begging to be let go. (Y/N) rolled her eyes knowing begging wasn't going to do them any good. (Y/N) had watched too many series of shows about people getting killed whenever they begged to be let go. Especially when she reads fanfictions or books. The guard manager tried assuring them that they aren't trying to collect their debts but letting them have an opportunity to earn some money. Needless to say, nobody wanted to hear that, with some of the players even threatening that the police would be looking for them at any moment.

The guard manager had enough with their complaining and their weak threats so he shot his magnum up in the air. Resulting in people ducking for cover while (Y/N) hid behind Wang. This caused the other guards to point their weapons towards the players.

"Clause two of the consent form: A player who refuses to play will be eliminated." The guard manager reminded them.

(Y/N) notice player 218 stood up and repeated the clause three consent form that stated the game may be terminated in a majority vote. The manager guard was slightly annoyed that one of the players remembered the rules, nevertheless, that's what they were going to do. But first, the guard manager brought the piggybank back showing it being filled with a whole lot of cash from the number of people that were killed. (Y/N) looked at the money being reminded why she was there in the first place. The rest of the players thought the same thing although some didn't feel like risking it. Then everyone got in a horizontal line and they were starting with player 456 down to player number one.

Every single person looked at player 456, watching him see which one he would choose. Player 456 hesitated for a bit till he pressed the red button and walked on the other opposite side where the players were standing. The next player looked at the piggy bank before proceeding to press the green button. (Y/N) was surprised to see an older woman wanting to continue to play yet everyone was here for something. Player after player the number of votes between whether or not to continue the game was almost even with each other. When it was Wang's turn, he pressed the red button. Ultimately it was (Y/N) turned, when she was in front of the two-button she was going to hit the red one, but then recalled that things were just going to go back the way they were before.

So she hit the green button Instead She walked where the other players were standing while they looked at her feeling infuriating at her choice. (Y/N) didn't care what the rest of the players thought, considering caring about other people's opinions just drains you. When the last of the players was up, everyone looked intensely at the old man that basically had everyone's fate in his hands. He had two choices: either the green button to continue playing. Or the red button where the games will stop.

The old man had a difficult decision to choose where he decided to hit the red button causing some people to cheer in relief. While some were disappointed, just like (Y/N) since she wanted the games to continue. (Y/N) sighed in disbelief. She thought the old man would continue the game bearing in mind he was one of the first people that kept walking after many people had gotten killed. In the time following the decisions were made, the guard manager attempted to be upset saying goodbye to the players before they put them into a separate vans.
