The media was having a field day.
The introduction of the newest Wonderbolt was a shock to the people. The poised and perfect Rainbow Dash in the team? Wasn't she supposed to be in Italy?
Rainbow Dash smiled. Forcefully.
She had been busy these past few days, always doing interviews, talks, and fan meets.
But she knew deep down it was just for distraction from the dread she felt creep up in her gut. This was her dream. This was what she wanted since she was young. And she finally reached it.
But why did it feel like a nightmare instead?

"Hey, are you okay?"
Soarin Skies put a hand on her shoulder.
Rainbow Dash flinched, "Oh, I'm so sorry! You startled me."
He chuckled, "It's fine! I just wanted to check up on you. You seem a little stressed lately.
Rainbow faltered, "Oh, no, its fine. I'm just a little overwhelmed I guess."
Soarin's gaze turned softer, "Hey, you know you can talk to me about anything, right?"
"Yeah, of course!"
"Good. I'll see you later." He waved her goodbye.
Later that night, they had met each other's eyes while basking in the moonlight.
And in their solace, just like he said earlier,
