Beomgyu just stared at him with a wide-eyed gaze, the moment was too much for him to comprehend. The only thing that was in his head that time was what the fuck what the fuck what the fuck what the fuck what the fuck-

Everyone on the field stopped whatever they were doing and turned their attention to the duo.

A male student quickly walked towards them. He pants as he bowed and apologized, "I'm very sorry! I accidentally kicked the ball too hard, I'm sorry!"

Beomgyu didn't budge or even take a glance at the male student, his gaze didn't leave Soobin's face.

Soobin turned his head towards the male student and smiled, "It's okay. Please be careful next time."

By the movement, Beomgyu turned his head too and finally saw the male student that almost got his face swollen.

"I'm really sorry." The male student bowed for the last time and walked away.

Beomgyu recognized the male student. As he remembered, his name was Lee Heeseung and he was Taehyun's classmate.

"And you too. You should also be careful and don't get hurt." Soobin warned to smaller male with a stern gaze, snapping Beomgyu out of his daze.

Beomgyu just nodded slowly, still looking straight at Soobin's face and muttered, "W-whatever."

Soobin's stern expression changed into a soft grin, showing off his cute dimples. The taller let go of his hands from Beomgyu's face and waist then he patted the smaller one's head and walked away, leaving Beomgyu dumbfounded.

"Oh my God, Jeongin will go crazy if he saw that earlier!" Taehyun suddenly popped out of nowhere and shook Beomgyu's shoulder in excitement.

Speaking of Jeongin, Beomgyu hadn't met him yesterday and also today. He assumed Jeongin was absent because he was sick or something.

Apparently, the previous two encounters weren't enough to satisfy the fate. Beomgyu and Soobin 'coincidentally' met again on Thursday's lunch break.

Beomgyu was sitting at the nearest table to the exit door. He was wearing his biggest hoodie on along with a face mask. Why? To avoid being recognized of course. He has also been avoiding Choi Soobin ever since the morning and now he needed to survive this lunch break without being noticed by the perfect boy.

He knew Soobin will come to the cafeteria soon because recently the taller male has been busy with some festival stuff and ended up being the last one to get his lunch. Beomgyu should be at his class right now before Soobin show up but he was forced to wait for his other friends that were now apparently haven't arrived at the cafeteria yet.

And so he waited, avoiding glances from students around him and ignoring all the murmurs of a conversation about him. How even the students could recognize him by his cover? He was too annoyed to think about that.

The moment the cafeteria entrance door opened, Beomgyu instantly snapped his head towards the direction, hoping up high that his friends have finally arrived.

But his hope immediately died down when he saw Soobin was the one that entered and he was chatting with Choi Yeonjun along with Kang Taehyun and Huening Kai that were with them too. Great, now his friends were siding with Soobin or whatever dramatic thoughts that Beomgyu could come up with.

The moment Yeonjun's eyes landed on him, the older shouted, "Oh, there he is!" while pointing at him who was sitting alone. All the eyes were immediately on Beomgyu including Soobin's eyes too, of course.

Beomgyu has already informed his friends about his choice of "cover-up" outfit but guess like Yeonjun didn't understand the "cover-up" part. Beomgyu mentally slapped his forehead and sighed.
