The time came and you were almost leaving. Two days before you had the bright idea to go out drinking. To where Suguru worked, nonetheless. He saw you and he made it his priority to serve you.

"The usual?" He asked and you hummed in response. He had been with you long enough to know your go-to drink. He began to make it and you watched intently. He knew. He was in fact the only person you had talked to during everything. So he was very well aware that you were leaving in two days.

He didn't dare to make any sort of comment about it. It was your decision. Especially after your confession, he didn't want you close. The fact that you still loved him but didn't want to be with him made him think that another chance was nearly impossible. It would pain him to see you move on and be happy with someone else, which is why he thought it was best to see you leave.

"Excited?" He raised his eyebrow and you shook your head. You weren't ready to start from zero. He gave you your drink and you took a sip. You looked around and saw how empty the place was. You doubted many people would come since a new place had just opened across the street and people would rather go there to check the place out.

"Come sit and have a drink with me." You patted the empty chair next to you. "There's not many people here and I doubt many will come."

"Fine." He responded. He prepared himself a drink before getting out from behind the bar and sitting down next to you. He just sipped on his drink for a bit before speaking up. "I'm sorry that you have to move away, I wish I could've helped you avoid this situation but I was just clueless."

"I was clueless too, don't worry." You responded. "But I guess you never truly get to know a person. I'm just really disappointed he was your best friend."

"I'm so disappointed too. I saw him as a brother, and knowing about everything he did to hurt me and our relationship is just so heartbreaking." Suguru agreed. "The fact that I cheated was my fault because he technically didn't force me, but all the things he tried to do was just..."

"I'm just glad that I won't have to deal with him again." You smiled at Geto. He smiled back before taking another sip of his drink.

"Did you ever come to that art exhibition?" He asked out of the blue. "Did he ever mention it?"

"He did. I did go for a couple of minutes but I left pretty early. I think you were in the bathroom or something." You answered which made Geto sigh.

"He lied about that too, I shouldn't even be surprised but I am." He replied. He didn't even think that Gojo would lie about something so minimal. But if he really thought about it, it wasn't so small. Gojo knew what he was doing, and the fact that you went there would give Geto a bit of hope of getting back together with you. Gojo didn't want to give Geto any hope. Gojo didn't want Geto to keep trying. "He used to be a great friend before..."

"I came into the picture... sorry." You felt the need to apologize, as if it were your fault that Gojo was the way he was. But there was just a possibility that they would've still had a great relationship if you had never met either of them.

"It's not your fault. He would've done something similar either with you or with someone else. I'm glad this all came to light, though." Geto responded. He noticed your empty glass and he stood up to go behind the counter and make you another. "At the end of the day, Gojo wasn't my best friend, he just pretended as if he was to gain something. I don't know what he could possibly gain from me though."

"Well he wanted your girlfriend but I don't know what after that." You shrugged. He served you the drink and went back to your side. You went back to drinking, trying to figure out if Gojo had displayed any signs of being a fake friend before. "Do you remember when we moved out of the college dorms and into an apartment and Gojo was quick to move out as well?"
