"Suguru!" You yelled which caused him to come running into the room. He looked at you, relief washing over his body as you held up the little baby shoes. You grinned and excitedly showed him the shoes.

"I thought your water broke." He told you as he walked over to you and took the baby shoes from you. He inspected them, a smile on his face. He gave them back to you. "I can't wait."

You had been married for three years, and now were expecting a baby. Your pregnancy wasn't exactly planned but when you found out you were overjoyed. You had bought a house that was perfect for you three, and decorated the nursery for your baby boy.

You were nine months pregnant, and were getting closer and closer to having your baby. You two were alert and on your toes, ready to receive the baby. Since your due date was so close, neither of you were working for the time being. Well, the school was on break so Geto wasn't working either way.

"Can we go clothes shopping this weekend?" You asked. You were both very financially stable, so you were spending most of your money on whatever you wanted.

"For you or the baby?" He raised his eyebrow. He knew the answer. The baby. You were about to open your mouth to answer but he spoke before you could. "We already have so many newborn clothes, we can't change him five times a day."

"Well it's not all newborn stuff, he's going to grow, you know?" You responded and he put his hand over his heart.

"He's not even here yet and I'm already dreading it." He sighed. He looked around the nursery, seeing how everything was already set up. You insisted on going shopping just for clothes because anything that caught your eye and was adorable needed to be bought. "Baby, don't you think he has enough stuff for the time being? The closet is full."

"Okay... We can make some space in our closet." You suggested which made him want to laugh but he held it back. He tried to remain serious as he thought of how to lecture you on overspending money on baby clothes. When he opened his mouth to speak, you stopped him. "You overspend money on baby toys and I on baby clothes so you have no right to judge."

"Now that's not-" He was going to defend himself but he knew it was a downright lie. He did spend a lot of his money on baby toys. Excitement wasn't even beginning to express his feelings towards the addition to the family. He was just so happy and he couldn't wait to see his baby.

You kissed his cheek before walking out of the nursery and back to your shared bedroom. He followed behind. He watched as you laid down on the bed. He stood on the doorway, a smile on his lips as he stared at you. You noticed and asked, "What?"

"I just like looking at my very beautiful wife." He responded. He walked over as well, removing his shirt before laying down on his side of the bed. He laid on his side and put his hand over your bump.

"You better not snore, Suguru, or I'll kick you out." You threatened. "He won't stop kicking during the night so I'm barely getting any sleep."

"I'm sorry." He apologized as if he had any control over it. To be fair, this whole situation could've been avoided if he had taken a couple precautions. His hand caressed your belly and you had to slap it away.

"Don't make him want to kick or move, I'm trying to sleep." You told him, and he apologized again. He tried to cuddle up next to you, but not putting his arm around you or being close enough so that his body brushed against yours. Lately you didn't want anyone or anything touching you while you slept, and Geto respected your wishes; if he didn't, he'd be sleeping on the couch.

"What do you want for breakfast?" He asked, while you walked out of the room, still groggy, with your nightgown on as you walked over to sit down on the couch. Contractions came and went which is why you woke up.
