I Was Wrong: Bakugou X Reader

Bakugou Pov:

I was zoned out during a boring class when I heard something land on my desk.

I grabbed the folded-up piece of paper and opened it quietly.

Were thinking about Y/N right now?! She told us that you're usually nice to her! Do you like her?!

I crumpled up the note and exploded it in my hands. Then, I slammed my hands onto my desk as I looked around the room.

Raccoon Eyes was focusing on class for the first time in her life as I glared daggers at her head. She turned her head slowly and saw my furious face.

She quickly spun back around and kept her eyes on her desk.

"Yo, Bakugou! Stop being so loud!"

Present Mic put his hands on his hips as he shook his head at me.

This is so stupid!

I rolled my eyes and stared out the window for the rest of the class.

After a few more dull classes, we were dismissed for lunch.

"Guys! I gotta go!"

Raccoon Eyes bolted out of her seat and tried to run away, but I was right behind her, holding on to the handle of her bag.

She tried to run away, but I had a firm grip on her bag, so it was useless.

"I need to talk with you, idiot!"

I dragged her out of the room and into the hallway. She tried to scoot away, but I wouldn't let her leave.

"You're wrong about the note!"

Any nervousness melted away from her face and arrogance replaced it.

"You sure about that, Bakugou? I saw her wearing your sweatshirt! Plus, you actually wanted to cheer her up! You're in love, you just don't know it yet!"

I held my hand in front of her as explosions popped out.

"You're wrong!"

"Nah, I'm not. You just don't want to admit it!"

I flicked her on the forehead and she frowned.

"Just you wait, Bakugou! You'll realize it soon!"

She ran off to the lunchroom to catch up with Kirishima and the others as I stood there.

There's no way that she's right. Right?

I headed in the direction of the lunchroom with a scowl on my face.

Even if Raccoon Eyes was right, I can't have any distractions.

I grabbed a tray with Lunch Rush's spiciest curry and sat beside Kirishima.

"What was that outburst in class about, Bakubro?"

Everyone at the table looked at me, including Raccoon Eyes with a smirk on her face.

"It was nothing."

I stabbed my spoon into my curry and took an aggressive bite.

Kirishima gave me a concerned look. but I ignored him as every part of my brain tried to convince myself that what Raccoon Eyes said wasn't true.

Y/N Pov:

I grabbed my tray and walked around the lunchroom.

Aika was expelled, but everyone hated me for it. Aika had won the school a lot of awards, so even the teachers had liked her. It was only because Recovery Girl called the school that she got expelled.
