KATIE NOTES ARE BACK IN THIS CHAPTER AHHHHH
~~~~~~~
~Your POV~
Somehow, I had managed to go a few days without looking on Twitter to see how people were reacting to my story. I was genuinely scared for how people would react to things... I knew there would be some people that would believe me, while others wouldn't. (i don't like this) (Same here)
I sighed and tapped the app on my phone. I wasn't excited, but it was probably a good plan to check it out and see how things were going... I had tons of notifications from my friends and other content creators just Tweeting things. I ignored those for the time being, and clicked my profile. I hadn't posted anything on any social media in days...
I tapped the Tweet I'd made, and immediately just saw a ton of negativity and many, many people not believing my words, especially since it had 'taken me weeks to address it'. Only reason it took so long was because I was too overwhelmed to do it...
There were a few positive responses here and there, but not many... Guess that's Twitter for you. I sighed and without thinking, exited the app and deleted it. Maybe it was for the best. I sighed, then saw Ranboo walking by. He looked like he was going out somewhere.
"Hey Boo," I said. He looked over at me.
"Oh, there you are! I didn't think you'd be in the living room–" Ranboo laughed awkwardly.
"Wanted a change of scenery, since we rarely sit out here– You going somewhere?" I asked.
"Ah, yeah. Something came up and my parents want me to visit for a bit, so that's where I'm headed. You can join me if you'd like! I'm sure they'd love to see you!" Ranboo smiled a bit. I thought for a moment, and sighed.
"I would love to, but... I don't think right now is the best time. Not really feeling the best mentally today," I admitted. Ranboo frowned.
"I can stay with you if you'd like–" Ranboo began saying.
"No, no! You haven't seen your parents recently, you should go visit them!" I reassured him.
"You completely sure this is okay?" Ranboo asked. Truth was, I wanted him to stay with me since I was just down in the dumps, or I wanted to go with. But I didn't want to be at his parent's house, talking to them, when I'm all upset like this. I think I'm overthinking a bit–
"Yeah, I'm sure Boo! Please, go have fun with them, you deserve it!" I reassured him.
"Alright... I guess I'll see you later, my Beloved?" Ranboo said, walking closer to the couch.
"Yep! See you when you're home, Boo!" I smiled.
"I love you, don't do anything stupid!" Ranboo joked.
"No promises!" I smiled. Before he left, he gave me a quick kiss.
I sighed once the door closed, and laid down on the couch. For the first time in weeks, I was going to be left alone in our house. There had to be something I could do...
Maybe I could go out on a walk... I hadn't been out much the last couple of weeks, so this could maybe be a good time to do this, maybe it could also clear my mind. I sighed, and slowly sat up. I soon got ready, and walked out the door.
It was somewhat cold out, so I was glad I'd brought a jacket. I didn't know where I'd be going honestly. I'd heard that there were some new shops that had opened up, one being a flower shop. (Iykyk) Maybe I could get Ranboo some flowers...
