Janie woke up and groaned, "Shhhh Pookie, this will help," Sean whispered as he suddenly appeared at the side of the bed. "It will all go away soon."

"Never will," She moaned. "Never go away," She mumbled as tears slipped down her face.

"I'm so sorry," Sean said trying to choke back tears, "I tried everything I could, I removed as many cysts and as much scar tissue as I could. I'm so sorry I failed you Janie."

"Just leave me alone, please," She closed her eyes.

Sean refused to look at anyone and headed to his office where he locked the door and broke down. "Sean, open the door," Owen said after a couple of minutes. "I will get Luke if I have to." Sean sighed and opened the door then shut it again after Owen walked in. "You didn't fail her, she is just really hurt right now. Some time in the future she will understand everything and appreciate what you did. Aunt Lilly is right, you gave her some closure, she doesn't see it that way right now but she will."

"I know," Sean nodded as he wiped his face. "I just thought I could do more. I never expected him to do this to her. To go this far."

"We found the last piece of Oliver that she has and you got her last chance to a safe location," Owen said fixing Sean's white coat. "You did that and she will be thankful later on when she is more capable of knowing. You also know of other chances to still give her that dream. When she is ready, you will be the one to talk to her about all that. Right now, she just needs you and us to safely lash out at. We can't take it personally, and she's lashing out at you because she trusts you to understand where she is right now. It hurts like hell but in the end it will be worth all this hurt and heartache."

"I know," Sean sniffled, "I just can't help but feel like I failed her right now."

"That's understandable," Owen nodded, "as long as you know it's not the truth."

"Logically yes," Sean nodded as he straightened himself out, "emotionally no but I'll get there."

"Okay," Owen nodded and hugged him. "Now let's go take care of our girl."

"She refuses to talk to any of us," Lilly whispered as they came back into the room. "Just give her time."

The next week was spent in silence and when she was cleared for leave she still refused to talk to any of them. She got in the car with William and Michael and once they pulled into the driveway of the Blackbourne Mansion she got out of the car and headed straight for her house. They watched with concern as she opened the door and let Hades do a search then entered and shut the door.

"Well shit," David whispered as he shook his head. "We're back to this shit."

"This time we have more help though," Stephen said as he looked at the team who nodded.

The days slipped into weeks and weeks turned into months and while she did start eating, she still refused to talk except when she would break down. The only one she would let be close was Hades.

William woke up to a crash and rushed to her room. He found her on the bathroom floor with mirror shards everywhere, "Shit, Janie Boo, what happened?"

"Leave me alone," She moaned from the floor.

"Shit, she's bleeding," David cussed as he ran his hand down his face.

"I'll call Doc," Michael said, "Hopefully he's home."

"Come on Janie," William said as he carefully picked her up.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" She screamed causing Hades to come in from outside growling.

"Stand down Hades," Stephen commanded, "She's hurt and we're trying to get her to Doc."

"He's not answering his phone," Michael said hanging up.

"We'll just carry her over," William said as Hades took off down the stairs.

"Hey what's going on?" Kota asked as he opened the door hearing Hades barking.

"Where's Doc?" Michael asked, "Janie's hurt."

"He's not here," Kota said, "he's at the hospital."

"Get him here now," William growled as he carried Janie in who was sobbing. "She punched the bathroom mirror."

"He's on his way," Owen said hanging up the phone. "Is there any glass in her hand?"

"She wont let me look," William whispered as he held her while she kept sobbing. "Please let us look."

Sean arrived shortly after while Kota was wrapping her hand. "She doesn't need stitches," Kota said as Sean rushed over to them.

"Oh Pookie," Sean sighed as he carefully undid the wrap and looked at her hand.

"I can't feel," She said while looking at him with vacant eyes. "I feel nothing."
