Chapter 22 ??

"You can open your eyes now."

My eyelids flew open and I looked around.

"You took me to an amusement park?!"

"No. I took you to a movie... Of course, I took you to an amusement park!"

"What are we going to ride first?!"

Katsuki grinned as he turned me to face a roller coaster.

"That one."

He chose the roller coaster with the steepest drops and the most loops!

"Let's do it!"

I dragged him to the line for the ride and then we waited.

After a few minutes, we were getting loaded into the seats.

As soon as I pulled down the harness for the seat, I started to chicken out.

"Katsuki! I'm not so sure about this!"

"It's too late for that! You're literally strapped in!"

He acted annoyed, but while he looked the other way, he grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

I was calm for a second, but then the roller coaster shot to a start!

We were moving so fast that I could barely breathe!

The coaster zoomed up the track, and then as we reached the top, it paused.

Did it break?!

It started moving again, and plummeted to the ground! I screamed as we dropped and Katsuki just laughed at me.

We went through loops and a few more drops before the coaster rolled to a stop.

It took me a second to catch my breath as the workers undid the harnesses.

My legs felt like jello as I got out of the seat and I leaned on Katsuki for support.

He seemed fine!

"How are you okay after all of that?!"

He laughed as I tried to steady myself.

"I'm used to moving that fast thanks to my awesome explosions!"

As soon as I was back to normal, we were in line for another ride.

Katsuki and I got into a spinning teacup, and as soon as the ride started, he was cracking the handle.

I tried to help him, but he was going too fast!

Our teacup was going twice as fast as everyone else, but Katsuki wasn't satisfied.

He was spinning us so quickly that I slid into his side.

As the ride started to slow down, Katsuki started to look sick.

I pried his hands off of the handle so we'd stop spinning, but it was too late.

He looked like he was going to be sick!

The ride stopped and I slung his arm over my shoulder as we got off of the ride.

I was dizzy, but he looked way worse!

I moved us close to a garbage can, and it's a good thing that I did because Katsuki ended up getting sick.

I patted his back as he puked into the garbage can.

"You shouldn't have made us go so fast, Katsuki."

"Whatever."

I made him sit on a bench as I bought a bottle of water.
