Chapter 23 ??

"No one goes out of their way to be mean to me anymore, but I don't really have any friends yet. That's why I appreciate you and your friends so much!"

Katsuki let out a dry laugh.

"They're lucky that they haven't hurt you. I would've beat them up!"

I squeezed his hand and he turned to face me.

"I appreciate it, but please don't hurt anyone."

He frowned and scrunched his nose in disgust.

Even with that ugly expression, he looked perfect. His striking red eyes stared right into my soul as I looked at him and the light reflected off of him in a way that made him look unreal. He looked too good to be true!

Before I could chicken out, I placed a quick kiss on his forehead.

He was shocked as I sat up and grabbed my phone.

"You can't just kiss me and then stop, Y/N!"

A cocky grin spread across his face as he moved closer to me. He leaned in and kissed me.

When he kissed me, everything felt like it moved in slow motion until the moment that we pulled apart! My whole body tingled, and I loved it!

He pulled back and I gave him a quick hug.

"That was amazing, Katsuki, but I have something for you."

His eyebrow cocked as I scrolled through my phone.

I turned away from him so that he wouldn't see the surprise, but he wrapped his arms around me from behind.

His arms were tight around my waist as he nuzzled his face into my shoulder.

"Is it a surprise, Teddy Bear?"

I nodded as I finally found what I was looking for.

I pried his arms off of me and forced him to sit on the blanket. I did miss his warmth though.

"Oh! Do I get a performance by the amazing Y/N?"

He made a pretend thoughtful face as he talked, and I couldn't help but smile.

"Well, get going then!"

I clicked the play button and the music that I'd recorded earlier today started to play.

I watched Katsuki carefully as I sang, and he looked happy!

I held out my hand for him, and surprisingly, he took it. I pulled him close to me and we danced around the park as I sang.
