He walked into the water, and as he got deeper, I felt the cold water splash across my back.
"Katsuki! Stop!"
"Not a chance!"
He held me as high as he could, and then he dropped me into the freezing water!
I felt goosebumps cover my whole body as all of the air left my body! I pushed myself to the surface, and as I gasped for air, Katsuki laughed.
I was kind of used to how cold the water was, so I dove under and hit Katsuki in the back of his knees so he fell.
I shot up to the surface and swam as fast as I could for the shore!
The people who saw me probably thought that I was being chased by a shark, but it was just a pomeranian with soaking wet hair that was sticking to his face!
Katsuki was catching up to me, so I kicked it into my highest gear and bolted for the shore.
The second that the water got shallower, I ran out and dashed towards Mitsuki.
"Y/N! What's wrong?! What did the brat do?!"
I pointed to him as he moved faster than a torpedo in the water.
He ran out of the water and scanned the beach for me.
I tried to hide behind Mitsuki, but it was too late! He saw me!
Katsuki sprinted across the beach, right towards me!
"Don't you dare touch her, Brat!"
Mitsuki tried to stop him, but he was on a mission! He darted around her and grabbed my arm before dragging me off.
I tried to resist, but he was too strong!
He dropped me in the sand and then sat next to me. The sand was sticking all over me, and then Katsuki dumped a handful of sand on my head.
"Hey!"
"We're even now."
I started building a little mini sandcastle after I shook most of the sand out of my hair. He helped me for a little bit, but then he stopped.
"What kind of ice cream do you like?"
"I like F/F!"
"I'll be back."
He brushed the sand off of him and walked away.
I was working on my sandcastle until I heard someone behind me.
It was too early for Katsuki to be back!
The person behind me sat down and wrapped their arm around my shoulders.
"You're so pretty. We should hang out!"
The man's breath reeked of beer.
I tried to get out of his grasp, but he tightened his grip.
"I have a boyfriend! Get off of me!"
He just laughed and held me closer to him.
"That's what they all say."
The man started to drag me away, and I knew I was in trouble!
"KATSUKI!"
The man laughed again.
"Your little bluff isn't going to work on me."
I kicked at him and desperately tried to pry his arms off of me, but I couldn't.
Then, the man's grip loosened as I heard a crack.
I slipped out of his grip and got a safe distance away.
I saw Katsuki punch the man until he collapsed in the sand.
I ran to Katsuki and he pulled me into a tight hug.
"Y/N, are you okay?!"
"I'm fine now. Thanks."
He just held me there, and I enjoyed it. I felt safe with Katsuki.
"I'm sorry, Y/N. I shouldn't have even let him get near you!"
"It's not your fault, it's his for being such a creep!"
He gave me a sad little smile.
"Do you wanna leave?"
The guy was unconscious on the sand. He couldn't hurt me.
"I want to stay, but could we move away from him."
I gestured to the unconscious creep and Katsuki scowled.
"Of course, Teddy Bear."
Katsuki and I got ice cream, and then we sat on a towel on the soft sand.
"By the way, Katsuki, that was a good punch."
He smiled at me.
"Of course it was! I wasn't gonna let him hurt you!"
I couldn't help but smile as I ate my ice cream.
Katsuki and I enjoyed the rest of our day at the beach. We swam a little bit more, but we spent most of the day on the sand. We made sandcastles and Katsuki challenged me to some beach games.
I wasn't ready for the day to end, but sadly, it did. When I was sitting in my room, finally reading one of my books after a nice warm shower, I just couldn't understand how I was lucky enough to get Katsuki as a boyfriend!
He's definitely the best!
