"That you have."

Jinyoung could feel Jaebeom's smile over his own as their lips touched. Jinyoung's heart was engulfed in a fuzzy embrace as he felt their lips move in sync. He could feel Jaebeom's arms wrapping around him, and his own reaching out to cup his cheek gently. This. This was something he was used to. This was something he had been missing on.

"Do you want to have something?" Jinyoung asked sheepishly as they pulled apart.

"Something other than you, you mean?"

"Hyung!"

"Fine your treat."

"You're a miser, hyung. I hate you."

Park entered The Cocoa, a coffee house him and Jaebeom both were fond of, to grab them something to eat and drink. Jaebeom, his busy music composer boyfriend who was a celebrity in hiding under the pseudonym Def. had received a call from a very important client, decided to stay in the car while Jinyoung himself offered to visit the café.

He was busy checking out the menu when his ears picked on a familiar chirp.

"I am so sorry." He heard someone say. "I am just...."

"Hey, Hey, Hey it's okay. It's fine." There was no way that voice didn't belong to Jackson. "I am here because my bestfriend ask me to. We are on the same page."

Bestfriend.

Jinyoung gulped.

Jackson was talking about him but who was the person he was with?

"Truth is..." The man in flannels spoke, playing with his fingers. "I just wanted to show my ex that I am over him which is why I agreed to show up on this blind date when Mi Ra asked me too."

Mi Ra? Was he talking about Shin Mi Ra? His college friend? Jinyoung remembered asking Jackson to go on a blind date with her younger brother almost an year ago. Was he intruding their date?

Jinyoung immediately regretted one of those last words he said to Jackson in his original time.

'Out of all the dates I have tried to set you up on, have you managed to date even of them?'

'What would you know about?'

'What would you know about the pain and suffering it comes with?'

And here he was, witnessing his bestfriend getting rejected right in front of his eyes. He felt like slapping himself. He felt like cursing himself. He felt like an idiot for never even once asking Jackson about those dates.....about how they went. He just thought of himself.

"Don't worry, Yi Hyun ssi." Jinyoung could hear the smile in Jackson's voice. He knew Jackson could smile every second no matter how hurt he himself might be just for the sake of making someone else feel better. He was an angel. "I didn't want to come here as well so I am glad we're on the same page."

"You didn't?" It felt as if Yi Hyun voiced Jinyoung's thoughts. "Why did you show up? I mean I'm glad I didn't get stood up but...."

"My bestfriend wanted me to be here." Jackson was still smiling. "I don't say no to him. I can't."

Jinyoung never realized when a smile dawned upon his own lips and he didn't whether it was a mirror effect of Jackson's own or his words.

"Besides.....I think I already have someone."

Jackson's words were like a sudden push to Jinyoung's body.

He....has someone? and I never knew?

Jinyoung didn't know how to digest that piece of information. He felt like-

"Oh I am so sorry!" A girl, maybe in her late teens said as her iced tea spilled over Jinyoung's beige overcoat, gaining a lot of attention from the passerbys.

"No, no it's okay." Jinyoung said rather urgently, wiping off the liquid from his coat. He looked around to see if people were taring when his eyes met Jackson's.

"Jinyoung-ie?"

"Look, I need to go." Jinyoung said to the teenager, averting his gaze off his friend who was now approaching them.

Jinyoung had to avoid Jackson at all the costs. Not only he unknowingly eavesdropped on him on a date but also because for once he was enjoying his day with Jaebeom and didn't want to spill something in from of his bestfriend which would bring his trip to the past to an abrupt end. Jinyoung knew he was an idiot for most of his life for not knowing whether or if there was a possibility of Jackson liking someone but he was smart enough to figure out that someway, somehow Jackson Wang was the trigger that ended his journey.

"Jinyoung wait!"

Ignoring the frequent calls for his name, the Korean dashed out of the place straight into his boyfriend's car.
